Howdy All, I have been a part of this Ranch for We have confirmed entertainment a number of years now, and I feel scheduled as follows for 2019: really great about the progress that we have been making from the May 25: Four Barrel office, to the stables, to the Board and all in between. June 15: Smokehouse Reunion It is nice being a part of an entire team with the Ranch’s best interest July 6: Double Shot in mind. It is nice working for a Board that wants the Ranch to move August 3: DJ McGovern in a forward motion and it is nice having a positive staff that will help August 31: Sock Hop(Jukebox) get us where we are headed. From your ROACOLLECTIONS office EFFORTS: Phone/Fax Line Update: We have a new fax line. 707.312.8799 We have disconnected the lodge phone and three other unused lines. Don’t worry! We will be adding a cell number for the lodge/store and stables. We can save money by utilizing cell instead of landline due to the limited options with AT&T. We have begun small claims procedures for approximately 85 non-paying owners. This is in addition to our dubtful account process. We have sent anther 60 deeds to our attorney to begin the resolution process. The shares receiving liens should be fully processed by next week, locking in our interest for the next decade! We have a total of 920 current owners! For comparison, here are the prior 3 years to date: 2018: 782 2017: 874 2016: 875 Thank you Kim, Jennifer, and Amy for your combined efforts on collections!
Winter Projects: We have an ipad setup in the office for members’ convenience. You can quickly fill out hold harmless(so can your guests!), fill out autopay forms, sign up for events, pay for assessments or purchase tickets for events! We are committed to reducing our paper usage, and BOY does it feel great! In addition to more than 40 boxes of old records scanned and shredded we have converted all owner records, roa share records, and doubtful account records. This has eliminated 4 lateral cabinets from the office freeing up our very limited space! W

We are thankful for each employee on R team! This month we would like to thank a few individuals for their unique contributions to R-Ranch. We have received numerous calls, emails, and a few letters reminding us of what great service Jennifer provides to the membership. Thank you, Jennifer! Way to keep a smile on your face and ensure the membership has a great front office experience!
Thank you, Lori for your efforts at the Lodge! We appreciate that you have cleaned and organized to help reduce costs and effectively manage our resources!
Adam has breathed new life into the stables! We are thankful for his dedication to making the entire experience at stables a positive one! He has worked hard to ensure regular rides are offered and STILL manages to improve the barn every day! Way to go Adam!
RESERVABLE SITES
Corona Bob is going away for a month. Don’t have too much fun! See you in a month!
We have already had positive feedback on the reservable sites! They are still a work in progress as we are leveling, graveling, and marking the sites for clarity to have them 100% prepared for all of the use they hope to see this season! Sites will be available for reservations beginning April 1 st, 2019!

This is Adam at the stables. We are still offering horseback rides weather permitting. I am looking for a roping dummy. I think it would add to our program. If anyone has one they would like to donate that would be great! Quarantine is still under coming soon >>> reconstructin and should be finished by the 1st.
