PROJECT DESCRIPTION

INTERIOR RENOVATION CONSISTING THREE EXISTING SUITES TO BE COMBINED INTO ONE IN THE DAYLIGHT BUILDING. THE EXTERIOR CONSISTS OF A HISTORIC FACADE THAT WILL REMAIN UNTOUCHED. EXISITING INTERIOR WALLS WILL BE DEMOLISHED AND THE SLOPED FLOOR WILL BE LEVELED OUT. EXISTING WATER CLOSETS WILL BE REMOVED AND PLACED ELSEWHERE AS WELL AS ADDING A KITCHEN. FIRE RATED WALLS WILL BE BROUGHT UP TO CODE AND ACOUSTIC WALLS WILL BE PLACED WHERE NECESSARY.
