APPLE & BRIE THOMAS’ ® MINI BAGEL APPETIZERS Sweet and simple, this cheesy appetizer will put a little pep into any party. PREP 10 min
INGREDIENTS 2 Thomas’ ® Plain Mini Bagels, toasted 1 tablespoon of butter 1 wedge Brie cheese 1 Granny Smith apple 1 teaspoon cinnamon

DIRECTIONS 1. Split and toast two Thomas’ ® Mini Bagels until golden brown.
2. Spread butter on each bagel half, then slice in half again to create quarters. 3. Slice the wedge of Brie cheese into
eight equal portions and place one on each bagel quarter.
4. Cut the apple into eight slices and place one slice on top of cheese. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.

1 Thomas’ ® English Muffins, split and toasted
1. Toast a Thomas’ ® Original English Muffin.
¼ cup cooked Turkey, chopped or in pieces
2. Apply hazelnut spread on bottom of muffin. Add blue cheese.
2 slices cooked Bacon Hazelnut Spread Blue Cheese
½ small Anaheim chili pepper Greens (watercress or parsley)
3. Combine cooked bacon and cooked turkey in pan and heat together. 4. Slice the chili pepper and place on top of the blue cheese. 5. Add on the bacon and turkey pieces. Lay the leafy greens (watercress) over top. 6. Drizzle a little lemon juice for taste.

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 yellow onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
½ cup carrots, chopped
3 scallions, chopped
2½ cups chicken broth
2 eggs
½ cup heavy cream 2 tablespoons butter Salt and pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Spread bagel cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake Thomas’ ® until lightly toasted (approximately 15-20 minutes) Remove and increase the temperature to 400° F. 2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and combine onions, celery, carrots and scallions. Cook until soft. 3. In a large bowl, mix together chicken broth, eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Add in bagel cubes and cooked vegetables. Stir until well combined. 4. Lightly grease a 9-by-13-inch casserole dish with butter. Place stuffing mixture into the baking dish and cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes and remove foil. Place stuffing back in oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve!

DIRECTIONS 1.
Preheat oven to 450° F. Cut butternut squash in half and remove the skin. Scoop out seeds and slice into cubes. Core and chop apples into cubes.
1 butternut squash 2 apples 5 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons sage, chopped 1 tablespoon agave
2. In a small bowl, mix together butternut squash, apples, olive oil, sage, agave, garlic, salt and pepper. 3. Place coated butternut squash and apples on a 9-by-12-inch baking pan and bake until tender (approximately 20 minutes).

5 sage leaves
½ cup pomegranate arils
1 cup maple mashed sweet potatoes (ingredients below)
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
Maple Mashed Sweet Potatoes: 1 cup leftover mashed sweet potatoes
¼ cup maple syrup ½ teaspoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS 1. To make the maple mashed sweet potatoes, combine all ingredients into a bowl until well combined. 2. In a small casserole dish, add the mashed potatoes. 3. Combine panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and spread over the mashed potatoes. 4. Bake at 350° F degrees until heated through. 5. While the dip bakes, toast and cut Swirl Bread into dipping sticks. 6. Meanwhile, fry a few sage leaves in butter. As soon as the dip comes out of the oven, finish with fried sage leaves and pomegranate arils.

DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly spray 9-by-13- inch baking dish with non-stick spray. 2. Spread 1 cup of pasta sauce over bottom of baking dish. 3. Split and chop Thomas’® Everything Bagels and layer half in baking dish. Add shredded turkey. 4. Meanwhile, place Ricotta, Parmesan, salt and pepper into a large bowl. Combine thoroughly. 5. Scoop mixture evenly over bagel layer in baking dish. Top evenly with more pasta sauce and shredded cheese. 6. Create a second layer with remaining bagel pieces, sauce and cheese. 7. 1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Divide cubed bread between 4 greased ramekins and set aside. 2 . In a medium bowl, whisk together half and half, heavy cream, vanilla, eggs, sugar and lemon juice. Pour over bread cubes, careful to leave 1/4 inch at the top of each dish. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
3.Vanilla Frosting - In a medium bowl, whisk egg yolks, vanilla, sugar and cornstarch until combined. Heat milk, heavy cream and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbly (approximately 3-5 minutes). Gradually whisk hot milk mixture in with the egg mixture. Return to saucepan, add lemon zest and cook on medium heat until thick (approximately 2-3 minutes). 4. Sprinkle dried cranberries and drizzle vanilla frosting over each bread pudding and enjoy!

Lightly coat a 7-by-11-inch or 9-by-13-inch casserole dish with non-stick spray. Cut up the Thomas’® English Muffins, then place in the casserole dish and spread into an even layer. Set aside.

2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs then add milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk to combine. 3. Pour the mixture over the top of the muffins, coat evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and let soak for about 15 minutes before baking. 4. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small pot over medium-low heat for the crumb topping. Add brown sugar, salt and vanilla, and stir until melted. Remove from heat and stir in flour. 5. Let mixture cool before crumbling and sprinkling over the soaked muffin mixture. 6. 1. Combine avocado and lemon juice in a bowl. Mash together until mixed. Stir in cranberries. Set aside.

¼ cup cranberries in juice (canned whole cranberries in juice)
½ avocado, peeled, pitted and cut

2. In a skillet, add olive oil and set to medium heat. Add stuffing to warm. Add eggs to center of stuffing and heat eggs to “sunny-side up”. 3. Spread avocado mixture onto muffin bottom. 4. Lay watercress on top of avocado. 5. Remove stuffing with eggs from heat and lay on top of watercress. Top with remaining English Muffin half.
