Gooey Gobbler Grilled Cheese Recipe INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

2 slices Sara Lee® Artesano™ Brioche Bakery Bread

1. Begin by mixing the fresh sage with the room temperature butter and set aside.

1 teaspoon fresh sage, roughly chopped

2. Add 1.5 slices of gouda to one slice of bread. Next, add the leftover Friendsgiving turkey and cranberry jelly. Place the remaining gouda on top and cap with the remaining slice of bread. Evenly smear the sage butter onto both exteriors of the sandwich and set aside.

HEAT oven to 375°F.

¼ cup dried cranberries, finely chopped

PLACE crackers in single layer on foil-covered baking sheet.

¼ cup tightly packed fresh parsley, finely chopped

COMBINE cranberries, parsley and nuts in shallow dish.

¼ cup pecans, finely chopped

SHAPE cheese spread into 28 (1-inch) balls, using 1 tsp. cheese spread for each ball.

¹/₃ cup canned pumpkin ⅛ tsp. ground cinnamon dash of ground nutmeg

ADD nuts; mix well. Shape into ball. USE wooden spoon handle to press indentations into cheese ball to resemble pumpkin as shown in photo.

¼ cup chopped pecans, toasted

INSERT onion piece into top of cheese ball.

Blueberry Oat Muffins with Cinnamon Oat Crumble INGREDIENTS

1 cup whole rolled oats (not instant)

1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan. 2. Combine 1 cup oats and oat milk; let stand 20 minutes, until liquid is partially absorbed. 3. Meanwhile, combine 1 ½ cups flour, 2 tsp. cinnamon, baking powder, salt and baking soda in medium bowl. 4. In another bowl combine eggs, �⁄₃ cup brown sugar and ½ cup melted Country Crock® Plant Butter. 5. Stir oat mixture and egg mixture into flour mixture until just combined. Stir in blueberries. 6. Divide batter evenly between prepared muffin cups.

Run a sharp knife around muffin edges and transfer to wire rack to cool.

12 links Johnsonville Original Breakfast Sausage or Johnsonville Fully Cooked Turkey Sausage

Prepare sausage according to package instructions, cool slightly and cut into ½-inch pieces; set aside. In a bowl, combine hash browns, butter, salt and pepper; divide evenly into 12 greased muffin cups. Press mixture onto sides and bottom of muffin cups. Bake at 400oF for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven, divide sausage pieces into muffin cups. In a bowl, combine eggs, cheese and bell pepper. Spoon mixture evenly into muffin cups. Sprinkle with chives or onion. Return to oven, bake 13-15 minutes or until set. Serve.

Instant Pot® Butternut Squash Risotto

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

¼ cup diced onion

1. Set Instant Pot® to sauté. Add the olive oil, onions, and garlic and sauté until onions become translucent, stirring occasionally. 2. Add the rice and continue sautéing for another minute. Add the wine and cook for 1 minute, stirring to scrape up the bottom with a rubber spatula to remove any browned bits of onion and garlic that may have stuck to the bottom of the pot. 3. Stir in the Pacific Organic Creamy Butternut Squash Soup and the Pacific Organic Vegetable Broth. Press Cancel. 4. Lock the lid and close the pressure release valve. Select the Pressure Cook or Manual setting according to which model of Instant Pot® you’re using. (If using Manual setting, select High pressure.) Set the timer for 2 minutes (timer will begin counting down once the pot comes to pressure- it takes about 15 minutes). When done, press Cancel and carefully use the quick release method to release the pressure. 5. Uncover and stir in the vegan parmesan cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 6. Serve immediately. Drizzle with Saba and top with toasted slivered almonds and fresh oregano if desired.

Add the rice and continue cooking for an additional minute. 2. Add the wine, the Pacific Organic Creamy Butternut Squash Soup, and the Pacific Organic Vegetable Broth. Put the lid on and cook for one hour, or until the rice is al dente (firm to the bite) and most the of liquid has been absorbed, stirring every 20 minutes. 3. Once the rice is cooked, stir in the parmesan cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle with Saba and top with toasted slivered almonds and fresh oregano if desired.

10-12 White Castle® sliders, no pickles 1 ½ cups celery, diced

1. In a large mixing bowl, tear the Sliders into pieces and add diced celery and seasonings.
