Organize the ERASMUS CONSULTANCY PROJECT next International LEARN. EXCEL. BusinesGROW. Study Recruitment Period III
ERASMUS CONSULTANCY PROJECT The Erasmus Consultancy Project (ECP) provides students the opportunity to gain consultancy experience by conducting customized research in an emerging country. The ECP offers companies and non-profit organizations tailor-made research. In the past, the ECP has conducted research in countries such as Vietnam, Brazil, South-Korea, Thailand, Chile, Malaysia, Peru and Colombia.
Together with your fellow Board members and a group of selected consultants you will run a young professional consultancy firm. Are you in for an astonishing experience with an amazing group of people? Take on the challenge! We are looking for YOU!
The ECP Board starts by selecting the country. Subsequently, two professors from RSM join the project. You will recruit your own consultants in September. Until December, the whole team will conduct preliminary research on the country and its industries to gather knowledge that will serve as groundwork for further research. From January through April, acquisition takes place, meaning that companies must be found for which the research will be performed. After this, you will perform desk research for the contracted companies. In July, you will visit the chosen country with the Board, consultants and professors for about three weeks in order to execute the field research.
Joining ECP as international?
After the field research you have the opportunity to travel. In September reports will be finalized and presented to the companies, on which they will base their investment decisions.
