Benjamin Franklin Classical Charter Public School creative writing project for Mr. Stemple’s Library and Technology class with Mrs. Kelly’s 8th grade students: Students were limited to 50 words to describe an invention that they would create to make the world a better place. An illustration was required to accompany the description. For students who were interested, the invention descriptions were able to be submitted to a competition called Doodle 4 Google, which will be awarding scholarships of up to $30,000 to winning students.
