User Profile & Payments Manual
Following is a step-by-step guide to help channel owners create their user profiles and set up payment methods: (All steps are compulsary to receive payments) I. Creating User Profile Channel Owners are required to create a user profile post linking with PING Network. To create a user profile, please follow the steps highlighted below: PROFILE --> IDENTITY DETAILS Under the “Identity Details” Tab, channel owners will be required to provide the following details: a) Email ID b) Telephone c) ID Number d) Address Once channel owners are complete the required fields, they need to click on the “SUBMIT” button to finish creating the user profile. I.A Social Media Connect Once channel owners successfully create a user profile, they can opt to provide details of different social media accounts they operate. To do so, please follow the steps highlighted below: PROFILE --> SOCIAL CONNECT Under the “Social Connect” Tab, channel owners can provide details for the following social media platforms: a) Facebook b) Skype c) Twitter d) Vine e) Instagram Once channel owners are complete the available fields, they need to click on the “SUBMIT” button to confirm the details.
II. Configuring Payment Method PING Network enables channel owners to receive payments through three options: 1) Payoneer 2) Webmoney* 3) PayPal* To configure primary payment methods, please follow the steps highlighted below: PROFILE --> OTHER PAYMENTS Once on the “Other Payments” Tab, channel owners will be requested fill out IDs for the above mentioned payment methods * Please note that for “Webmoney” accounts, channel owners will be required to enter IDs with the prefix “Z” (Example: Z123456789101) * Channel owners are allowed to change PayPal IDs only once in 90 Days ** If channel owner has more than one payment option – please arrange payment options in order of preference *** Payment percentages will vary based on periodic channel audits (Copyright Strikes, Community Strikes, Content Id Strikes or Suspensions may lead to reduced payouts or no payouts if they violate ours and YouTube’s terms of conditions) II.A PROCESS PAYMENT Once channel owner sets up payment options, the channel owner can then check Estimated Payment, Raise a Query, or Raise an Invoice. To do so, please follow the steps highlighted below: PAYMENTS --> EARNINGS --> SELECT MONTH --> VIEW IT Under the earnings module, channel owners will notice three boxes titled Expected Amount, Amount on Hold, and Actual Payment Expected Amount: Amount to be paid to channel owner Actual Amount: Amount paid to channel owner through preferred payment option Amount on Hold: If channel owner raises query regarding the expected amount, the payment is put on hold until further investigation into the query raised Under the earnings module, channel owners will find three buttons tagged Raise Query, Raise an Invoice
Raise Query: Allows channel owner to submit complaint/query regarding expected amount Raise a Invoice: Once channel owner is satisfied with the payment amount, the channel owner can initiate payment using the “Raise a Invoice” button Check Invoice: After accepting Payment Amount, channel owner can check invoice using the “Check Invoice” button *** Please note: Channel owners should click the “Raise a Invoice” button only once they are completely satisfied with the payment amount in their account.
