Throughout the year, students receive substantial training in the areas mentioned above. Other areas of training include applications of standards used in aircraft and aerospace manufacturing as well as ANSI, ISO, and ASME standards. Ample time is devoted to ―hands on‖ instruction throughout the program. Students learn to produce shop-ready drawings from models of tools and fixtures actually used in the industry.
