TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS DEPORTATION ORDER I, PETER BECKINGHAM, Governor of the Turks and Caicos Islands, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 62(2) of the Immigration Ordinance, require JEAN FRANCOIS PAUL to leave the Islands forthwith upon release on the completion of his sentence and thereafter to remain out of the Islands for the reasons provided for in section 62(1)(b) of the Ordinance, that he has been convicted of an offence and the court which so convicted him has recommended that he be deported.
