Raw Talent Magazine, LLC was founded in Tulsa, Oklahoma on July 1, 2009 and the brainchild of Aerospace professional Calvin Davis. His inspirations are all-time favorites such as Young Sisters & Brothers (YSB), Hype Magazine, Word Up! Magazine, Jet, Ebony, SLAM, and Sports Illustrated just to name a few – publicizing the Raw Talent Magazine project started out via social networks sites including MySpace, YouTube, Blogger, & Skype. In less than a year’s time this young entrepreneur brought together a dynamic group of writers, bloggers, photographers, art directors, designers, technicians, promoters, and contributors who collectively make up the publication’s staff. “Raw Talent magazine does not focus on one particular subject. I am developing this publication with longevity in mind, overlooked communities, and giving readers something more to look forward to.”
