For every animal that is starving, abused or in deplorable captivity, we will bring HOPE for a better life.

RARF March Update April 2nd 2014

Education, Rescue, and Adoption March Madness reigned firm as Ruby Animal Rescue Foundation (RARF) launched our University Humane Education Club. Our second lecture was a fun candlelight Earth Hour activity. Once the candles were set in the Earth Hour “60 +” logo, Ruby sat in the middle of the “6” and taught 50+ ways the students can make a difference for the environment. Lao Hu, a puppy rescued by a friend, has found his forever home thanks to their efforts. Xian Xian, a cute female puppy, is still looking for both a foster and adoptive home. Andrea Niehaus, a very kind-hearted American found Bert, a disabled male puppy while she was walking her dog. She has diligently found Bert a foster home and a USA rehabilitation organization that will provide Bert with great care. RARF is helping with the on-the-ground support for her and Bert. Shortly we will begin a fundraising drive that we will post on Facebook to help raise the funds for Bert to go to the USA and receive the help and care he desperately needs.
