Daysup0ndays is a sophisticated brand dedicated to its loyal customers, selling sleek, stylish and on trend garments. We strive to help our customer’s look and feel the way they want to. Image is everything! Offering a range of denim and apparel as well as accessories Daysup0ndays doesn’t limit itself, we may be a small company but we think big and have innovated ideas. We offer a variety of basics and statement pieces appealing to people with an eye for fashion and individuality. With money being a limitation for some, don’t worry we have something for everyone offering lower priced items as well as higher priced garments, so everyone can shop with us. Having a diffusion line juxtaposing the brands image shows its ability to identify with all cliental. Our line offers bold and vivid garments opposed to the black and white theme of the main collection. Daysup0ndays is not just a brand it’s an image. We take the best bits from fashion, still in keep with comfort and style. In the hope that men and women both enjoy and gain from what we have to offer.

As part of every order I plan to send a thank you card to every customer and occasionally give them a discount code, I ordered 10 from MOO.com. As my company grows I plan on developing these so each separate line will have their own.

Sketch Up is a modeling computer program, which is appropriate for drawing functions for architecture, interior design and video game design. There is a free version of this software called Sketch Up Make and a paid version called Sketch Up pro compatible on PC and Mac. I have been using Sketch Up to design my own shop for my brand Daysup0ndays, although I have some ideas about the aesthetic of my shop I wasn’t 100 percent clear on what I wanted. I began by building a simple rectangle space to work in adding in windows, shelves and textures. This helped me see my vision come to life.

Blog

I made a blog using Word press, I use it to post every week recording the work I have done during lessons. All of my work can be seen in greater detail with more images and more depth. Blogging is a really good way to keep all of my work in one place as an online sketchbook. blog URL (https://rubydiab l e b l o g . w o r d p r e s s . c o m )

using

Muse

Muse is a website building software which, is apart of Adobe Creative Cloud. I designed the basics for a website, the header and footer and then started inserting images and hyperlinks. I created multiple pages, which each relate to the different lines that are apart of my brand, a men’s, women’s and diffusion line. I also added a page in for sale items and a link to my blog. Once I had covered the basics I moved onto anchor points which allow for me to click on the down arrow and I am taken straight there rather than scrolling and vice versa for the up arrow. I also added a rollover effect, which means when I hover over an image writing appears or a different colour highlights the image. I added multiple GIFs, which I created using Photoshop. The main logo flashes between the grey and pink logo, which represents all of my lines, the wink on the front page is also a gif.

Foiling and swing tags

I love the foiling technique, however I don’t think that my homemade business cards fit the standard that I want for my brand. Instead of getting them ordered I used the same design but printed it on white card, in black and white keeping it simple and to my original look for the brand.
