Develop

The researcher began the Develop stage by mapping out the areas of intervention. The Knowledge-Attitude-Practice (KAP) Model (Bano et al., 2013) was used afer modification to set the expected outcomes and impact. This set the stage for brainstorming on service ideas. Based on the ideas, the user created a simple prototype in order to test the idea. The feedback received from the initial testing helped the researcher to reiterate the service elements. Afer another round of testing with women and doctors, the researcher finalized on the elements of the service.
