Weekend Incentive trip: One weekend ‘Incentive’ trip for 2 persons, will be given to one of the operators participating to the photo & video shoot for the International Debic Image campaign. The ‘winning’ operator will be selected ad random from the total International pool of operators, participating to the photo & video shoot for the International Debic Image campaign.
Bilbao & Rioja Period: The timing of the trip will be discussed individually with the winning operator.
Duration: 3 days, 2 nights
Hotel: 4 and 5 star hotels incl. breakfast

Day 1: 1* Michelin restaurant. Day 2: 3* Michelin restaurant.
Transport: Flights and transfers from and to airport are included. Will be discussed and organized with / for winning operator depending on region / country the winning operator is coming from.
Not included: Lunches: to be organized and paid by the operator him/herself Personal expenses: gifts, extra drinks, ‌ Assurance: personal travel assurance
Day 1: -
Bilbao & Rioja
Transfer to the airport of departure (taxi will be organized for operator) Flight to Bilbao Transfer from Bilbao airport to Rioja region in Mercedes E-class (trip of +/- 1H30 hour) Check-in in Hotel Marques de Riscal 5* - Fantastic hotel with own Michelin* restaurant and own wine cellars
- Private visit to Bilbainas Winery in Haro (private chauffeur for transport) - Diner in Marques de Riscal 1* - Special attention will also be paid to the dessert especially when winning operator = baker
- Overnight stay at Hotel Marques de Riscal 5*
Day 2:
Bilbao & Rioja
- Transfer from Hotel Marques de Riscal (Rioja) to Hotel Silken Gran Domine (Bilbao) - With private chauffeur
- Check-in at Hotel Silken Gran Domine - Free time to explore Bilbao - Diner in Restaurant Azurmendi 3* -
Operator will be picked up at the hotel and driven to the restaurant Guided visit in the winery and the garden of the restaurant Diner at the restaurant incl. wines and coffee Also here special attention will be paid to the dessert
Day 3: -
Bilbao & Rioja
Breakfast in Hotel Silken Gran Domine and check-out Transfer to Airport of Bilbao (private chauffeur) Flight back Transfer from airport of arrival to home address (taxi will be organized)
