Overseeing the design and development of the L-ISA Studio product launch was a remarkable experience. As an integral part of the team, I spearheaded the multimedia campaigns, ensuring cohesive storytelling for a successful launch. My responsibilities encompassed managing print and digital designs, social media, and video objectives. The collaborative team environment supported my design skills, fostering experimentation and innovation. Our main campaign goal for L-ISA Studio was to present it as contemporary and easily understandable for the music audience. Achieving consistency across diverse advertising channels posed a challenge, requiring meticulous attention to maintaining a fresh and pure design in both print and web platforms. This project involved numerous meetings, risk assessments, and trialand-error attempts, culminating in a source of pride for the accomplished outcome.
LISA Studio is a comprehensive software suite enabling 3D control interface and audio processing on personal computers. Its powerful engine facilitates the creation of natural, immersive 3D audio on headphones or up to 12 loudspeakers in any studio setting. Compatible with all major digital audio workstations, LISA Studio ensures seamless integration with musicians’ preferred creative processes. Additionally, companies can efficiently design and test interactive environments in the early stages of projects by connecting the LISA Controller to game engines, tracking systems, or other solutions through the Open Sound Control (OSC) protocol. This allows for thorough testing and presentation of the entire design on a laptop.
During my tenure at L-Acoustics, I played a pivotal role in the launch of the K3, an innovative loudspeaker designed to meet the demands of mid-size events and venues. This versatile addition completed the K series line, featuring an optimal mechanical design for reduced weight, Panflex™ variable directivity, laminar vents for a powerful low-frequency response down to 42Hz, and class-leading SPL. Tailored for audiences ranging from 1,000 to 10,000 people, the K3 is a compact yet powerful speaker designed as a true full-range line source. Integrating 12” transducers, it delivers large-format system performance while maintaining the dimensions of a typical 10” compact format. With minimized subwoofer and amplification requirements, K3 deployment is characterized by its speed, simplicity, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
Working on the K3 project across print, digital, and multimedia platforms was a privilege that significantly elevated my design skills. As a key team member, I successfully managed responsibilities related to print, social media, and video objectives. The collaborative environment supported and motivated me to surpass my creative boundaries, ensuring efficient project completion. The primary goal for the K3 product was to achieve a modern, simple design that resonated with the target audience and market. Maintaining a consistent look across diverse advertising channels posed a challenge, requiring meticulous attention to keep the design pure and fresh in both print and digital platforms. This endeavor involved numerous meetings, thorough notes, calculated risks, and trial-and-error attempts to perfect the image. In conclusion, I am honored and proud of the achievement, as the K3 project marks a significant milestone in my career development.
L-Acoustics traces its roots back to 1977 when physics scientist Christian Heil attended a Pink Floyd concert, sparking his passion for music and an interest in groundbreaking sound design. In 1984, Heil founded L-Acoustics to revolutionize the live events industry, providing solutions that enhance the audience experience for sound professionals. After years of research, experimentation, and prototyping, the line source array was introduced in 1992. This innovation offered a leaner, lighter, and cost-effective alternative to the traditional “wall of sound” approach, leading to greater sound waves, directional precision, and clarity. Heil’s invention disrupted the music industry, paving the way for today’s massive arena tours and live festivals.
Designing the L-Acoustics catalog proved to be both a challenge and a profound experience, strengthening my creativity, work ethic, & guidance. I take pride in this assignment, not only for the recognition it garnered for the company but also for the energy and determination invested in its completion. Managing two versions of the catalog (United States and France formats) demanded considerable effort, patience, and organizational skills. Additionally, I took on the responsibility of coordinating the project with both English and French team members. The meticulous care, detail, and passion infused into this 80 plus page catalog make it an achievement that I am exceptionally proud of.
I was commissioned by L-Acoustics to revamp and refine their brand identity, including a comprehensive redesign of the news section on their website. The objective was to deliver an online experience that not only embodied their ideas but also resonated with their audience and adhered to industrial standards. This involved the development of a realtime news section with a focus on clarity and simplicity. My responsibilities spanned from designing their news web pages and creating customized features to crafting homepage web banners. Additionally, I took charge of coding and designing email newsletters, as well as maintaining the backend of their website. From updating crucial news on the homepage to resolving coding issues, I took great pride in contributing to the realization of their desired web brand image.
Working on the L-Acoustics website was both enriching and challenging, pushing my web design skills and professionalism to new heights. I take pride in meeting the project’s tight deadlines, a responsibility L-Acoustics entrusted solely to me. The website refresh resulted in exceptional viewer awareness. Beyond design, I successfully coordinated collaboration among team members, including both American and French colleagues, ensuring the site’s modernity, user-friendliness, and responsiveness across all devices. Through determination, hard work, and confidence, the website achieved success.
I held the responsibility of overseeing the leadership, management, and design aspects of Deco Lighting’s comprehensive array of marketing materials. This encompassed the creation and maintenance of product catalogs, logos, photographs, photo retouching and enhancement, spec sheets, flyers, case study brochures, price lists, note cards, infographics, table chart designs, booklets, banners, line drawings, and videography—all while meticulously upholding the integrity of the brand identity. Deco Lighting, as a whole, specializes in innovative LED solutions that enhance lighting quality, efficiency, and environmental sustainability. And with over 50 years of experience, Deco Lighting shaped the industry with groundbreaking products, serving the demand for energy-efficient, sustainable lighting, control solutions, and smart designs.
Designing the Vector™ catalog was an enriching journey that tested and elevated my design and professional capabilities. I take immense pride in this project, not only for its significant contribution to company revenue but also for the fact that approximately 85% of the work was executed on my end, a testament supported by my colleagues and supervisors. Leading this endeavor demanded not only creativity but also exceptional organizational skills, as I collaborated closely with my team throughout the entire process. The meticulous attention to detail and unwavering passion invested in crafting this comprehensive 88 page catalog reflect my commitment to excellence, leaving me thoroughly gratified with this remarkable accomplishment.

With an abundance of internal materials created, my primary aim was to inform and engage employees, motivating them to maximize their performance in line with the business strategy. Collaborating closely with senior executives and internal communication managers, we crafted organizational messages and ensured employees were kept informed of business developments. This open communication environment created a company culture of transparency and accountability. It was a rewarding experience to witness the impact of effective communication on employee morale and productivity. In essence, my role was instrumental in shaping a cohesive and informed workforce, essential for navigating the complexities of the company’s landscape.
Designing and directing Rehrig Pacific’s brand guideline was a transformative endeavor. My primary goal was to enhance the efficiency, satisfaction, and productivity of employees’ utilization of the guidelines. This undertaking stands as a testament to both the brand recognition it brings to Rehrig Pacific’s business units and the time and commitment dedicated to its realization. Effectively managing the guideline required substantial effort, patience, and adept organizational abilities. Moreover, I assumed the responsibility of leading the collaboration among project team members from both marketing and agency partners. The focus to detail, coupled with an impassioned dedication, infused this brand guideline with a distinction that fills me with enormous pride.

Leading this project involved myself creating a storytelling plan, necessitating collaboration, leadership, and direction with our internal agency partners to ensure successful completion. The crafting of these internal materials reflects my unwavering commitment to superiority in project management. It’s completion brought profound satisfaction, symbolizing a significant achievement aligned with Rehrig Pacific’s family, service, growth, intrapreneurship and innovation.
One of the most significant accomplishments I achieved at Rehrig Pacific was the oversight of the comprehensive installation of materials tailored for various Rehrig Pacific locations across the U.S. Leading this endeavor, I facilitated the collaboration with internal team members to procure blueprints of the office areas. Additionally, I crafted and executed a strategic plan to guide our agency partners in the production and installation of the artworks. My vision throughout this project was to establish a collection of artworks that not only harmonized with each other but also narrated a compelling story reflective of Rehrig Pacific’s identity. This entailed numerous meetings, detailed PowerPoint presentations, and continuous alignment with all team members to ensure all contributing departments were informed, aligned, and operating cohesively as a unified team. I am truly proud of the dedication, effort, and impactful contribution the designs represents to Rehrig Pacific’s identity and mission.
The Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ) enlisted my expertise to enhance their brand identity and event presentations, seeking an online platform tailored to the city’s business landscape. I developed a clear and visually appealing website, encompassing their principles and showcasing their events seamlessly. This project involved alignining with multipe departments and designing not only their main events section but also sub-division events, solidifying their online presence. Collaborating closely with LABJ, I revamped critical features like subscription options and weekly video segments, enhancing the site’s sophistication while maintaining a modern aesthetic. It’s a source of pride to have exceeded their expectations and contributed to their ongoing success.

It pushed my expertise in web design to new heights, requiring me to navigate complex tasks and solutions. I felt fortunate to have been entrusted with this assignment, not solely due to the results I achieved in increasing awareness and traffic rates, but because of the confidence the team had in my abilities to deliver a complete and successful website. Despite encountering obstacles like integrating CSS codes and deciphering data analytics and form formulas, each challenge served to strengthen my skills as a web designer. Overall, this project was a valuable learning experience that propelled me forward in my career.
During my time at Los Angeles Business Journal, I managed the design and layout of the weekly publications, informative special reports, high-end supplements, sell sheets, event publications, event signages, and web content. Additionally, produced final press-ready files for various printing processes, supplied artwork for production, and resolved artwork issues during production. Moreover, oversaw image retouching, manipulation, and final prints for clients. In addition, successfully created and maintained entire events pages, videos, forms, and updated articles and photos online. As well as provided photos and graphics for social media, web ads, and websites. As a result, thrived in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks each week.

I crafted an online presentation reflecting their core values, tailored for both commercial and industrial audiences. Additionally, I developed a sleek and user-friendly website. From logo creation to website development, I successfully delivered this vital project and continue to collaborate with LACCO. Renowned for manufacturing and distributing top-tier cleaning chemicals and janitorial solutions, LACCO offers a comprehensive range of products, including janitorial supplies, food service items, safety gear, and packaging materials. They cater to diverse customer preferences, offering brand-name products, eco-friendly options, and cost-effective private label solutions.

In my capacity, I undertook the pivotal responsibility of conceptualizing, designing, and refining a diverse array of marketing collateral essential to the presentation and promotion of products. This encompassed the meticulous crafting and updating of product information documents, technical data sheets, websites, trade show banners, webpages, and the intricate task of photo retouching to ensure visual excellence. As a result, Allied Pressroom Products has been a leader in enhancing pressroom performance, continually researching, and adapting to technological advancements since 1952.
Press Control EWM is designed for use with most all plates. Contains extra lubrication and wetting agents. To ensure performance without causing image degradation, on going chemical resistance tests are done on most brand of plates as they appear in the market. Contains a balanced blend of the appropriate acid salt combination providing a stable pH in all waters with little or no drift. Biocides keep the fount system free of mold, sequestrates counteract the effects of dissolved calcium, corrosion inhibitors protect the printing plate and press equipment, antifoaming agents reduce or remove mechanical and chemical foam. Keeps plate background coated with a thicker water film to ensure stable water settings.
