RPV20+ PRODUCTION PROCESS PRECISE PROFILING AND PERFORATION Pre galvanised materials S235-S355 and/or Magnelis can be profiled in various forms (sigma, C,Z,U,L) on different thicknesses starting 1,5 mm till 3 mm. In the same time of profiling the round holes or oval holes are realised by punching the profiles.

RPV20+ PRODUCT RANGE FAST AND EASY INSTALLATION Twin pole systems facilitate the greatest level of stability for the ground-mounted structures. Poles are produced out of the strongest sigma profile with capability to penetrate the hardest soil.

Structure is produced on custom base system according to client specifications, ground particularities, wind load, snow load and land acceleration (earthquake). The Geotechnical Study offers the soil substrate compositions and with the Ramming test concluded on site is possible to concentrate on static evaluations and simulations, establishing the final configuration of the structure and also the depth of the poles.
