The Member CommiUee’s (MC) role is to provide strategic direction for AIESEC in Mozambique and to guide the country in ways that will increase in capacity of operations in the local commiUees and the overall growth of the national entity. The MC team as a whole is generally responsible for strategy formation as well as implementation and management of plans, initiatives and learning directly working with the Local CommiUee LCVP responsible.

² Review and simplify all existing processes in order to increase results and account management; ² Provide insight into national trends and market, supply and demand analysis; ² Improve the delivery of the trainees experience and track exchange program policies and quality control; ² Collect and design the functional knowledge strategy; ² Analyze and develop strategic cooperation and networks to increase IGIP results; ² Fortify the synergy with MCVP BD for companies for corporate sector approach; ² Guarantee that the LCVP IGIP are implementing the improved strategy to deliver IGIP results; ² Search for different sales strategies in the network and adapt to the Mozambican reality.
