Cultural Information: Plant in March, hollow side up, just below soil level in moist, well draining soil. Place in a light and warm position, where the temperature does not fall below 60˚ F. Water sparingly until growth commences. This may take 5-6 weeks. Once the shoots are growing, give maximum light, but protect from strong sun. Water regularly, never allowing the soil to dry completely. Application of liquid plant food will improve growth. Plant outside once the danger of frost has passed.

Cultural information: Outdoor: Plant bulbs when night temperature is 65° F or above and the soil is warm to the touch. Plant 2”deep and about 6-8”apart. Ideal conditions are partial sun and shade. They will grow in full sun but require more water. Plant in light and welldrained soil. The plants require little water at first, then water freely when leaves appear.
