Workflow Front detail Knit front detail in your chosen size and place 4 pcs. different colour stitch markers as shown in sketch: 2 blue stitch markers on the edge and 2 red stitch markers in opposite side further from edge. Notice that purl stitches are in RS. Start knitting 20 rows in 2x2 rib stitch (k2, p2) for 40(44)48(52)56(60)64(68)sts. Continue work straight in stockinette st for 400(420)440(460)480(500)520(540)rows and finish the work with 20 rows in 2x2 rib stitch (k2, p2). Back detail Put edge stitches on the needle which are between blue stitch markers in the sketch. Total 76(84)92(100)108(116)124(132)sts must be on the needle. Work in stockinette st for 124(126)128(130)132(134)136(138)rows. Finish the work with 20 rows in 2x2 rib stitch (k2, p2). Sleeves Put 54(56)58(60)62(64)66(68) edge stitches as shown in the sketch in such way that front and back details joining point would be in the center of sleeve. Work in stockinette st for 124(126)128(130)132(134)136(138)rows. Finish the work with 20 rows in 2x2 rib stitch (k2, p2). Repeat the same with other sleeve. Hood Left side Cast on 10. Row 1 (WS) K to end. Row 2 (RS) P to end. Row 3 K to end, cast on right needle 4(4)5(5)5(6)6(6)sts. Row 4 P to end. Row 5 K to end. Row 6 P to end. Row 7 K to end, cast on right needle 4(5)4(5)6(5)6(7)sts. Every 4th row make cast on as written in 3rd and 7th rows by following Hood sketch where stitch amounts of corresponding size are written. Continue unti work measures 31 rows and total 38(41)43(45)47(49)52(54)sts should be on the needle. Right side Cast on 10. Row 1 (WS) K to end. Row 2 (RS) P to end.


Row 3 K to end. Row 4 P to end, cast on right needle 4(4)5(5)5(6)6(6)sts. Row 5 K to end. Row 6 P to end. Row 7 K to end. Row 8 P to end, cast on right needle 4(5)4(5)6(5)6(7)sts. Every 4th row make cast on as written in 4th and 8th rows by following Hood sketch where stitch amounts of corresponding size are written. Row 32 K to end, cast on 9(8)9(10)11(12)11(12)sts, join left side and K to end. Both sides should have purl stitches in the same direction. Next 52(54)56(58)60(62)64(66) rows work in stockinette st. In the last row fold hood in half and knit the top edges together and cast off at the same time. Stitching up Put front and back details together in such way that purl stitches would be inside. Start stitching up the edge from bottom rib stitch to the center of armpit and continue stitching up from armpit center to the end of wrist. Notice that this seam must be in visible garment side. Repeat same steps in opposite side. Stitch up hood to the sweater: curved edge (where every 4th row cast-ons were made) must be stitched up to the front detail between the red stitch markers in such way, that purl stitches would be outside. Pockets Knit two pocket details in your chosen size. Stitch it up on front detail as shown in the sketch. Laces Put 6 edge stitches on needle along pocket top as shown in sketch. Knit 50 rows in stockinette st in such way that purl stitches would be outside. Knit next lace after skipping 9 edge stitches in the same way as the previously. Knit 2 more laces in the same distances. Make the same laces in opposite side.
