Fold sleeve detail corners to front ant stitch up together with front details as it is marked with red lines in the sketch. Stitch up front details together with back detail as it is marked with green lines in the sketch.
Collar knitting
You should use circular needles to knit collar as it would be easier to hold whole garment. Put all edge stitches on the needle: start from front bottom going up to the sleeve around neck from back and continue alongside sleeve to the front bottom. After you have all stitches on the needles - knit 20 rows in 2x2 rib stitch - k2, p2.
