Here the ‘Dog Jog’ Medals, organised by Virtual Runner UK, were monthly challenges held during February, March, April and May.

Entrants can run or walk with their dog and receive a different breed of dog medal on a ribbon each month as a reward which can then be tagged together if required (see below).

Bespoke ‘tagged’ medals are ideal if you require a main medal that allows a different ‘mini medal’ to be hung or tagged from it. In the Ox 12 (shown on page 53) , it depicts whether you took part on your own or in a team of, 2, 3 or 4, while the ‘Well Done’ helicopter medal (below) shows a different form of tagging.
