12 & 13 December SINGING THEIR SOCKS OFF
Ealing Choral Society is putting on a show to support Ealing Churches Winter Night Shelter (ECWNS), a local organisation that helps homeless people in the borough during the winter months. You can expect to hear all the classic carols to get you into a festive (and, hopefully, giving) mood, and it’s conducted by the very talented Jonathan Williams. What’s more, if it gets you in the mood to get involved yourself, you can join the society and be part of next year’s charitable singalong and raise some money and awareness for a very worthwhile cause. Song sheets at the ready!
The annual candle-lit Christmas concert returns to Hammersmith courtesy of the local music club Petros Singers. The group will tell the whole tale of the nativity from the Angel Gabriel’s visit to Mary, to the birth of the baby Jesus in the stable and the worship of the new-born king. Join the group to hear ‘dazzling and diverse music spanning five centuries’ from composers including Felix Mendelssohn, Samuel Scheidt, Anton Bruckner, Arvo Pärt, Jonathan Dove, Bob Chilcott and John Rutter.
W11 Opera is performing in Hammersmith’s Posk Theatre for your enjoyment this month, offering a retelling of Hans Christian Andersen’s Wild Swans, called Eliza and the Swans. Thanks to an evil witch queen, Eliza is raised by strangers while her brothers are transformed into swans, a curse that Eliza has to try and break. She does this by knitting nettle jackets and she doesn’t talk much as she is mute – a trait that is taken as a sign of witchery. Will Eliza be burned at the stake or will she return to being a princess?

17 December HAPPY ONE YEAR
19 December HARMONIOUS HUMMING
Until 24 December HO! HO! HOME!
Celebrating her first year in Chiswick, makeup artist Barbara Zaremba is hosting an event at her salon Zaremba London. She’s invited her clients to revel in her first 12 months of success and marvel at the results of her treatments, but anyone is welcome to pop in and help the celebrations along. There will be plenty of Prosecco and cupcakes, as well as goodie bags and discount vouchers up for grabs. Party-goers will also be able to have an HD Brows treatment for free. Head down and see what the salon might be able to offer you in the near future.
Join the winner of Ealing Council’s most innovative entrepreneurial idea for the community, Sergio Lopez-Figueroa, for a fun afternoon of music and mindfulness. Humming in Harmony is a free workshop that aims to tackle stress and anxiety as well as being a great place to meet like-minded people. Through a combination of breathing exercises and pitch recognition, the session will improve listening skills as a starting point, before developing your overall wellbeing. If you want peace and tranquillity in the run-up to the busiest holiday of the year, this might be the perfect stress-buster.
Santa’s Grotto is at Westfield in Shepherd’s Bush until Christmas Eve, after which Father Christmas has to pack up and make his way to his special commitments for the rest of the evening. The grotto is in collaboration with DreamWorks, meaning you’ll be in the company of many of the studio’s favourite famous faces. You can expect to be led around by Shrek and Donkey and enjoy a sleigh ride like no other – and when visitors reach North Pole customs, their Christmas passports will have to be stamped, making them official visitors to a place where all things are utterly Christmassy.

Look back to last month Last month, Chiswick’s latest shop opened its doors for business, and that business is all things outdoorsy. Cotswold Outdoor opened its Chiswick store on 13 November and offered its first 100 customers who spent more than £50 a goodie bag. Having been helping those with a passion for the outside world for more than 40 years, the company has recommended retailer status from the Duke of Edinburgh Award, the National Trust and many others. There are now 73 stores open and customers can browse and shop online for a full range of all-weather, activity and lifestyle clothing and equipment. 17 December Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens
Directed by Angelina Jolie Starring Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and Mélanie Laurent The husband and wife have teamed up for this film, with Angelina Jolie taking charge as the project’s director. Set in France in the mid-1970s, former dancer Vanessa and her writer husband Roland travel the country together. Their marriage is stagnating and they’re drifting apart, until they reach a small seaside town and begin to draw close to some of its vibrant characters.
Directed by Paul McGuigan Starring Daniel Radcliffe, James McAvoy and Jessica Brown Findlay Told through the eyes of Radcliffe’s character Igor, we are treated to a tale about his friendship with young medical student Victor Frankenstein. As the plot progresses, the audience becomes eyewitnesses to the changing attitudes and personality of Frankenstein, leading to the climax where it shows him become the man that is so wellknown around the world today. A brilliant twist on an age-old story, this film is a refreshing take on Mary Shelley’s novel.

Directed by J.J. Abrams Starring Daisy Ridley, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford The latest instalment from what might be the most famous movie franchise to ever exist arrives this month, with familiar faces and some brand-new ones too. It’s set 30 years after Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi and promises action, thrills, villains and heroes, much in the same way as the other films have. People across the globe have waited decades for this, so let’s hope it lives up to expectation.
26 December In the Heart of the Sea
Directed by Ron Howard Starring Chris Hemsworth, Cillian Murphy and Brendan Gleeson Based on a true event that happened in 1820, In the Heart of the Sea depicts a whaling ship that’s being preyed upon by a sperm whale, until eventually stranding its crew at sea for 90 days. None of them are swallowed by the big swimming mammal, we’re very pleased to report.

the road Once you’ve scoffed all the mince pies and turkey sandwiches you can lay your hands on, all you’ll want to do is sit down by the fireplace with a nice Christmassy tipple. Here are some of Emily Adams’s favourite places to kick back and relax this festive season
Seasonal selection
This is a pub that prides itself on an everchanging selection of seasonal ales, so you’ll never quite know what’s in store for you. The Duke of Sussex has an eclectic mix of bottled beers, real ales, wines and coffees. How about a glass of manzanilla sherry from Herederos de Argueso, like ol’ Mr Claus himself enjoys. If you’d rather enjoy some quality wine in the comfort of your own home, you can even get hold of the pub’s take away wines.
prosecco royale
Very merry medleys
With a whole bar of drinks to choose from, The Union has decided to give you a helping hand and guide you through its drinks list with some festive recommendations. It suggests going for one of its four drinks selections: the jolly, holly, merry or ivy wine medleys. Each option includes a glass of Prosecco or a Prosecco royale cocktail, followed by half a bottle of wine in one of four different varieties. And if those options don’t take your fancy, there are plenty of cocktails, spirits, bottled beers and draught beers to keep you going.
The Duke of Sussex, 75 South Parade, W4 5LF, 020 8742 8801, metropolitanpubcompany.com
A tipple or two
If I could pick anywhere to go for a relaxed drink with friends it would be, without a doubt, The Hampshire Hog. It prides itself on working with small and passionate producers, providing an excellent selection of well-known favourites and lesser-known quirkier wines. It also caters for those who
prefer more adventurous, stronger cocktails using the pub’s own infused spirits, so if you want to keep the celebrations going all the way to New Year’s Eve, pop along to this well-stocked bar. The Hampshire Hog, 227 King Street, W6 9JT, 020 8748 3391, thehampshirehog.com
All fired up
The Swan has an extensive collection of malt whiskies, sweet wines, ports, liqueurs and digestifs, which are perfect for an evening in front of its crackling fire. I particularly like the sound of the 18-year-old Chivas Regal malt whisky. The 19th-century gastropub is a cosy hideaway with wood-panelled walls and comfy leather sofas where you can sit back and mull over just how much turkey and stuffing you have devoured. Festive kitchen-fillers to make this year extra-special review
Roll up, roll up! Elizabeth Finney samples The Ginger Pig’s festive offering Available until the new year are The Ginger Pig’s limited-edition Christmas sausage rolls. Adding a tantalising twist to the traditional British staple, the butchers’ chain has created a carefully crafted blend of English Stilton, subtly-seasoned pork and fresh cranberries in an all-butter puff pastry. Rich and juicy, these sumptuous sausage rolls rule the roost and one alone would make the perfect casual starter to your family feast, served with a small wedge of Stilton, a few slices of crisp apple, a bundle of celery sticks and a generous dollop of The Ginger Pig’s fruity traditional chutney. It’s the stuff of dreams. This succulently spiced yet sweet chutney is handmade in the chain’s North Yorkshire preserving kitchen, using ingredients from its own walled garden, alongside gorgeous caramelised red onion chutney and delicious British cranberry sauce. Each preserve has a perfectly balanced blend of flavours to complement the range of meats, and I can safely say that its caramelised onion chutney will be a fundamental fixture alongside my cheeseboard from now on. Brewing up
a storm Emily Adams finds out whether Chiswick is ready for all-day-Aussie-style dining
A
whole host of restaurants line Chiswick High Road, but a new establishment has arrived and is fighting for attention. At first glance, Brew looks more like a café and, judging by the few individuals enjoying coffee and cake on this particular evening, that’s probably what it’s best at. It feels like an ideal place for a spot of lunching and brunching with friends; a brightlycoloured sofa sits alongside wood-panelled walls, creating a laid-back café-esque style. It’s small and compact but with the odd Australian quirk that’s hard to miss, like the unusually large wood-fired pizza oven decorated with an Aboriginal print. If you fancy stepping outside for some al fresco dining, Brew certainly isn’t going to stop you – although looking out over Chiswick High Road’s constant stream of traffic may not be the most relaxing, romantic picture you’ve ever seen. But, if you do fancy some fresh London air, you’ll be warmed by heaters, the chairs have cosy covers and blankets are lovingly laid out to keep you snug. As the fifth Brew to open in London in just six years, there’s clearly a demand for Melbourne-inspired meals. The menu is extensive and offers all your favourites, including burgers, pizzas and grills, but with an Aussie twist. We kick off with an ice-cold glass of prosecco and two starters: a simple beetroot salad and a dish of bacon and cheese
croquettes that I’m still dreaming of. For my main course I try the cod and crab fishcakes with a poached egg on a (very large) bed of spinach. It’s breakfast and dinner all at once and it does the trick. My friend opts for a dinner-time staple burger, but as expected it’s not your average beef burger in a bap, it’s crammed full of pulled duck and a rather potent sauce. It’s not over-the-top, showy or fancy food but it’s good grub and something a little bit different for you to sample. We finish with a sumptuous plate of blueberry pancakes and a warm chocolate
brownie. It’s far too heavy for a dessert after two filling courses (we discover this the hard way) but the pancakes would be a great dish for brunch with friends. Whether Chiswick is quite ready for some Aussie-inspired evening dining, I’m not too sure, but as a cool, chilled café, it’s worth checking out for the cakes and sweet delicacies on offer. Eyeing up the red velvet cake on the way out, I think I might come back for a coffee, sit outside and watch Chiswick life unfold. Brew, 142 Chiswick High Road, W4 1PU, 020 8994 0568, brew-cafe.com

The Illusionists

A mix of magic, mystery and death-defying stunts; here’s what we thought
the illusionists
O
n paper it sounds exciting but while there are elements of gobsmacking showmanship, a critic of such a show might brush it off as a group of acts who have been put together because they’re not capable of hosting their own performances. Jamie Raven, who found fame on Britain’s Got Talent, has a couple of tricks that wow the audience (like shredding a newspaper running a headline against him, only to unfold it intact) but the rest of his act feels a little bit like someone’s nephew showing off his new magic kit at a family gathering. Colin Cloud bursts onto the stage at the beginning after an all-too theatrical
14
entrance and performs some easy-to-foil mind-reading entertainment that gets quite tiresome and feels all too much like a vanity project. Andrew Basso, the escapologist, is turned upside-down and padlocked into a tank of water, which is impressive; not least because he holds his breath for more than three minutes. Kevin James cuts people in half and is a bit creepy but watchable, Ben Blaque moves around the stage, firing his crossbow for an unimpressive and drawnout segment that’s neither an illusion nor a magic trick, and Den Den’s origami manipulation is a delicate break in the overt theatricality of the other acts. Thankfully,
David Williamson’s performance saves (and steals) the show for the simple fact that he doesn’t take himself as seriously as the others. His act involves getting kids on the stage and his ‘old-fashioned entertainer’ personality has the crowd roaring with laughter in seconds. He’s affable and is at complete ease throughout. The Illusionists is a mixed bag that really requires viewing to make your own mind up about it. It runs until 16 January, so there’s plenty of time to see it. We say… This tender play will tug at your heartstrings and it’s well worth seeing.

Raymond Briggs’ Father Christmas
This is the fourth year that youngsters will be entertained by Raymond Briggs’ Father Christmas and it’s become a must-see show for families. This puppet-filled musical performance tells the tale of Santa waking up from a dream of sand, sea and sun to discover it’s his busiest day of the year – Christmas Eve. It’s bound to be as popular as ever, so book tickets before they sell out. Catch it before 24 December. We say… A true Christmas tradition in Hammersmith that you’d be foolish to miss out on. Around the World in 80 Days
This performance is an adaptation of Jules Verne’s classic novel and has been penned by House of Cards writer Laura Eason, so it’s bound to be exceptional – at least we think it will be. Expect the usual farcical attempt to get around the world in a mere 80 days and feel free to laugh along as loudly as possible. It’s on until 17 January. We say… A nice break from the festive stuff.

The Journal gets to know The Park Club and what it’s all about
S
et in 27 acres of sprawling grounds, The Park Club’s reputation precedes it. Having won the award for Best for Families at the 2014 Tatler Gym Awards, the club is every bit as impressive as its sister club, the highly-regarded Hogarth Health Club in Chiswick, also owned by the Hogarth Group. A refurbishment of The Park Club in 2013 saw its facilities become some of the most impressive in west London, with the addition of the new line of resistance and cardio training equipment from Technogym and the incorporation of a new wellness system. What’s more, the resistance equipment comes from the Olympic Village and is still proudly emblazoned with the London 2012 motif. Despite its impressive sporting reputation and equipment, The Park Club isn’t just about exercising and keeping fit – it also supports the local community in a way that makes most residents feel well in one way or another, whether it’s through personal trainers or one of the many family events it puts on throughout the year. The charity fundraising is inspiring, too, and has seen a number of professional sports personalities, including Olympians, visit the site. In 2011 and 2012, the club put on a charity music festival called Swimstock, which raised money for Marie Curie Cancer Care. This event saw the likes of UK Olympic Gold medal winner Rebecca Adlington, who raced youngsters in the pool, and Duncan Goodhew MBE attended to show their

unbridled support. The club’s ethos and philosophy also play a significant role in supporting the wellbeing of its members. It believes, rather sensibly, that the best approach to wellness is balance so, if you fancy some alone time, the club provides facilities and services for adults only, children only and, if you want your family to find wellness together there are sessions you can all attend. The ‘pursuit of excellence’ at the club is evident from its commitment to providing the best possible service. Whether it’s a meal in the restaurant or a consultation about your fitness, members will find that the service more than meets their demands. One of the club’s main events in its varied social diary is the Strictly Charity evening, where members can enter to show off their dancing skills or simply come along for the
The best approach to wellness is balance entertainment. Previous judging panels have included singer Conor Maynard and attendees like Ronni Ancona, so it’s an event that attracts local residents, members and stars from the worlds of music and television. Last month was 2015’s effort and all proceeds were donated to the Children’s Air Ambulance charity, with the judging panel featuring David Tennant and Sally Phillips, as well as Harry Judd from McFly.
The park club’s grounds
inside the tennis dome
It’s not a church-hall type of event, either – instead it’s held in the enormous tennis dome, a vast space that allows for a huge number of revellers and energetic dancers. What The Park Club manages to achieve in its quest for wellness is a community within west London that gets together for various events – from massive fireworks shows to all-star charity bashes. The summer sees cricket games and barbecues, and the outdoor pool is well-attended when the sun is shining. There’s choice available for the fitness fanatic, for the family who want to spend some time with each other or people who are just getting together to enjoy the company of like-minded members. Wellness is all about being healthy and feeling good in all aspects of your life and this is epitomised perfectly by The Park Club. The Park Club, East Acton Lane, W3 7HB. Hitting the
slope
Who needs the Alps when you can ski in W4, writes Tom Hagues
A
wise, albeit anonymous person once said: “Skiing is the only sport where you spend an arm and a leg to break an arm and a leg,” and not only is that poetically perfect, it’s also true. Whether skiers are seasoned professionals (or at least think they are) or complete newbies, injuries on the slopes are common – and should it happen on the first day of a week-long trip, the rest of your expensive snow sports holiday is scuppered. For this reason, it’s a good idea to get some practice in before you go. Luckily, help is at hand in the form of Skiplex in Chiswick, based in Dukes Meadows Golf & Tennis Club, and it’s dryslope skiing with a twist. Instead of sliding down a hastily built slope and then being hoisted back to the top in some half-hearted attempt to replicate the sensation of being on an actual ski run, this organisation has gone one step further. It operates a conveyer-belt system, set into an adjustable tilting platform, which means you can get onto it and stay on it until you get utterly knackered. It stimulates the sensation of rushing down a mountain, only considerably
warmer and with fewer obstacles. Think of it as a treadmill for skiing. I’ve never skied before, so I pull my boots on and clip on my skis with the same clumsiness as a new-born foal standing up, then I grip the rail at the bottom of the slope. My instructor has me standing in a basic position and switches the slope on, and I begin skiing. The sensation is bizarre, something that I cry out and he nods in agreement. “It’s odd if you’ve never done it before!” he tells me. I get the hang of the basic stance and it’s time to push off from the rail and let myself slide back down. After a few of these, with no sign of falling over or breaking any limbs, I’m taught the snow plough position. This stance, I’m told, is one of the main ways of reducing speed on the slope and it’s done by pointing the front of the skis towards each other. I soon master it, and my still-standing state of being gives me much confidence. After this I’m told that I’m going to learn how to turn, which is where I become unstuck. It is a battle of mind against body, as I have to fight my instinct to use my torso to lean and turn. It’s all in the feet, I’m told. After much dilly-dallying and tutting as I hang in a frustrated limbo halfway up the slope, I soon get the gist and start slaloming from side-to-side. It’s difficult to maintain, but the gentle tips and help from my instructor means I soon understand what I’m supposed to be doing and I continue with my elegant weaving – at least I think it’s elegant. The session comes to a close with my stomach muscles tighter than a cyclist’s Spandex and my legs burning with their new-found strength. Dry-slope skiing is, I have discovered, an excellent core muscle workout. After a few weeks of sessions, you’ll be able to hit Switzerland’s Zermatt ski run with abs you could play a tune on. KEEPING IT LOCAL AND PERSONAL
Can anyone suggest where I might buy dog-treat Christmas tree decorations? Every year we’ve had chocolate ones for the children, and our Jack Russell (Maggie) has eaten almost all of them, which is of course terrible for all parties involved. We’ve tried putting them near the top but that just caused catastrophe, as I’m sure you can imagine. It would be such a shame to discontinue the tradition altogether, but we could never exclude Maggie from the Christmas festivities. I know this might be published too late in time for Christmas, but at least I’ll know for next year. Mrs Frimley
It’s my son’s birthday at the end of January, and I tend to find that whatever presents he wants, he gets for Christmas. I think for his birthday coming up, I’ll get him something utterly individual that he didn’t know he wanted. Can anyone suggest anywhere in the area where they make personalised gifts designed by the customer (who is me, in this case)? I’m after something totally different with the wow-factor. I’d love to get something local (to Ealing) and handmade, but I just don’t know where to start. Obviously I could make something myself, but I’m not a dabhand at craftwork. Mrs Wellington
Every Christmas, my husband complains bitterly about the grit put out for snow on the roads damaging the paint on our car or making it look constantly dusty. I tell him that if people in Scandinavian countries can cope for four months, he can get on with it for a few weeks! However, this year I think I’ll treat him to some protection for the car – can someone please recommend a shop where I can find this sort of thing? I’ve had a look online but it’s either too expensive or I don’t know what I’m looking at. I live on the Shepherd’s Bush/Hammersmith border so if anyone knows of somewhere who can help me around there, I’d appreciate it. Mrs Bocking
A STRONG SOCIETY IS A HAPPY ONE The coverage of local societies in recent issues of this magazine has been very informative. It’s nice to know that there are groups who are concerned solely with the welfare or preservation of an area of significance, and learning more
about some of them has led me to make enquiries about joining one. My research so far has shown that there are so many to choose from, from the hyper local to something broader, so I’ve got to try and whittle my choices down. Thanks for all the wonderful inspiration. Mr Del Formillo

news Kitchen Drink: Demand for wine coolers up by a third
Nearly half (48 per cent) of kitchen designers and property developers say that customers have requested wine coolers in the last 12 months, according to a survey by Direct Line Premium Insurance. More than one in three (35 per cent) state that these requests have increased in the last 12 months compared with previous years, with new-builds leading the charge of the integrated booze fridges. Twenty six per cent of property developers surveyed said that they now install wine coolers as standard in all their new-build developments, and a further 50 per cent have started including them as standard in some of their properties. Only three per cent of property developers do not offer wine coolers to customers. Beyond Blanc de Blancs, the next kitchenbased “must-have” is a boiling-water tap (43 per cent of survey respondents said these are “currently trending”), followed by induction hobs (15 per cent) and the use of specialised materials such as copper for the sink, or marble worktops (11 per cent).
St James and Beechcroft launch redevelopment of historic riverside site
Berkeley Group arm St James and retirement home specialists Beechcroft have launched the restoration of a riverside estate in west London that once belonged to George III’s chaplain. The firms have collaborated on the 39-unit Fitzroy Gate scheme in Isleworth, which will deliver a gated community of four, five and six-bedroom homes. The striking White House – an imposing listed mansion at the heart of the development – was the home of George III’s chaplain Sir William Cooper during the 19th century, and later became a convent. Both developers decided to bring marketing and branding agency Evolve on board to launch the project. Anthony Cockell, the senior account manager at Evolve in charge of marketing the project,

First 180 Television Centre homes sell out (with 150 going to UK buyers)
It’s been reported that the first 180 units planned for inside BBC Television Centre have already been spoken for. Developer Stanhope released the first swathe of apartments in its redevelopment of the iconic west London site at the beginning of October, although more have been put up for sale than originally planned after an exuberant response. The scheme is delivering 950 new homes in total, with prices ranging from £650,000 to £7million. Another 270 units are being released in April 2016. Stanhope and its backers (Japan’s Mitsui Fudosan and Canada’s Alberta Investment Management Corporation) said they were “careful to market the apartments to UK buyers first”, and domestic buyers apparently bought about 150 of the available units, before the campaign headed on an

ark Road is a long, tree-lined avenue that boarders Chiswick House and Gardens on one side and offers easy access to Chiswick Mainline Station (Waterloo) at its western end. It is the epitome of Chiswick suburbia; quiet, immaculate houses that sit well back from the road and there’s little passing traffic. Halfway down the street, an impressive house is under construction in the footprint of an old post-war home and when visiting, the work is coming on leaps and bounds. The high-end developer is Flanchford Developments, a private west London-based builder known for its quality homes in west and south-west London and has worked with Andrew Nunn, the agent representing the property, for more than 10 years. Even in its current state, with no interior
fixtures and the exterior structure still very much in progress, it’s on the market. “This works well for people who want to buy it like this and make their own amendments to the property,” Andrew tells me. “They might want to change the proposed use of some rooms to something that suits them.” It makes perfect sense and is an attractive options to some buyers – to be able to have a say in how your property should be built is not something that everyone gets the chance to do. The five or six bedrooms of this house are perfect for a family, but what kind of buyers is Andrew expecting? “Since we’re at the southern end of Chiswick, it’s likely to be a buyer from the local area and not someone from the Turnham Green end. Either that, or an international family will purchase it for its quiet location and ample space,” he replies.
“They’ll also be attracted to the suburban location,” he continues, “and the fact the houses at this end are usually larger.” The work is expected to end in spring 2016 and Andrew is confident of a quick sale. “The price per sq ft is good at this part of the postcode,” he says. “This one works out at about £833 per sq ft, and places like Bedford Park or a riverside location can be as much as £1,500 per sq ft for a similar product. There’s a lot of value for money here.” This three-storey family property with high-end specifications and plenty of space is the perfect value-formoney suburban paradise. With Andrew’s sales guidance and wealth of knowledge, it’s highly likely that it’ll be sold before the front door’s been fitted. The original property on the site was similar to those surrounding it and was considerably smaller. It’s clear to see how much extra masonry has been added onto the original floorplan and it’s now an impressive 4,400 sq ft. Andrew points out that it’s on a good side of the road and benefits from an exceptionally large west-facing garden, which will be perfect for enjoying the setting sun during the summer months. At the rear of the house, the future master suite opens out onto a large terrace, and the ground floor living area opens onto the sizeable garden. This particular part of the house is all open plan, with a formal reception area, a dining space and kitchen located here. It’ll be split-level and offer any family the perfect place to be together in. The basement is due to be turned into a utility room, cinema area and spare bedroom, which would be ideal for a nanny or occasional guest bedroom, while a dedicated cinema space will allow the upstairs floor to remain more formal. The market currently looks positively stable for a property of this calibre and there’s no doubt that the right family will snap it up without much hesitation at all.
