1. Ignite the Passion Inside You Passion always helps find creativity in a person. It also helps in discovering the very dormant talent lies in his mind. So if you have chosen blogging you must be passionate about it. It is true that sometimes due to adverse circumstances bloggers feel a lack of sufficient motivation to carry on their works. They become like an empty balloon devoid of air. It is natural and there is nothing unusual. Often it also happens with me. But, with what kind of mindset you look at blogging solves many problems. If you have set your goal from the very beginning of blogging and are determined to put your best, success becomes easier to grab than ever. Believe it or not, but it actually works. It works for me. Always keep your passion ignited. Set a goal and it will help you keep your passion ignited so you don't feel demotivated as a blogger. It is one of those golden rules to stay motivated while moving with blogging. 2. Know Why You Came to Blogging If you have come to the blogging groove there must be a reason. Find out the reason. There may be multiple reasons why you chose blogging. Have you come to blogging because you want to: Make a side income for yourself working from home? Build up a reputation circle around yourself? Draw more and more traffic to your site, and increase sales? Etc.

Whatever be the reason, that should empower you to boost up your blogging motivation and therefore blog more. To be personal, I am blogging because I love learning and sharing information with others, I want to build up a good reputation, make a decent passive income for myself and live my life the way I love it. These things give me enormous motivation as a blogger and help me overcome any obstacles that come to my path. What is your motivation as a blogger? Let me know in the comment! 3. See How Much Path You Travelled There is an awkward tendency in people to worry about how much distance they will have to travel, instead of looking at how much they traveled. 2/5

If you ever need to boost up your blogger motivation just pelt a glance at your past. Think of how much distance you have covered to get to your present situation. Ask yourself did you travel this long distance only to leave midway? Or you set out to establish yourself as a successful blogger? Ask this question again and again to your mind whenever you are demotivated or feeling like you should give up. 4. Go Through The Comments Readers Left on Your Site Open up your previous articles one by one, scroll down to the comments and start reading the remarks. Focus on those positive remarks and think why people appreciated your posts. One of the biggest motivation for bloggers is their readers' feedback. Even single positive feedback on a blog post pumps up a blogger's motivation to an incredible stage and helps him to stay motivated and ignited all the while. Personally, I feel very glad when someone feedbacks on my post. I go through them often whenever I feel empty of positive vibe. It is perhaps I have helped them learn something new, or perhaps they found my article good and useful in their lives. I feel assured thinking it helped at least a single person who is interested in blogging. And this positive thought triggers me to write down more useful contents for them. So that they always think learning is endless. 5. Begin Blogging With The Basics It is a very common line that every successful blogger advise others. Whatever niche you have chosen starting with the very basic things is always desired by your readers. Nobody likes haphazard contents that often tend to confuse them. For instance, suppose you started a blog on telling people about hostings. Your first blog post came out as Bluehost Hosting Reviews; does it sounds good for your first-time visitors? You did not elaborate what is hosting, how many hosting companies are there, what are their usage, why one should buy hosting, etc. Instead, you jumped straightforward on Reviews! So always start with the basic components, then move on to intermediate and then to advanced level. Try to cover every possible point on your blog. Doing this will help you generate constant blog post ideas for your blog and help you grow motivated to write down more contents. Since you are blogging in an organized manner your readers will be pleased, they will visit your site frequently to read and share your contents, and you at the end of the day end up generating massive traffic as well as huge sales on your website. 3/5

If you still have not gone through the articles on what to remember before starting a blog and what to know to start a blog, I will ask you to read them also. 6. Go For a Short Break If you are feeling demotivated as a blogger freely keep aside your blogging and go for a short break. Do whatever you love, visit wherever you like and eat whatever you find yummy and satisfied. Going for a break refreshes your mind and pumps up the dormant energy that you lost somewhere. You become able to start off with a new brain, new ideas, and new contents. It will surely help you be free from daily life's monotony and boost up your blogging motivation. 7. Motivate Yourself By Reading Other Blogs Reading other blogs is directly connected to generating content ideas seamlessly. When you are loaded with a lot of content ideas you won't feel empty or demotivated anymore. As a result, you sit for writing down your own contents. Besides jotting down contents for my own blog, I also cultivate the habit of reading what others are writing. When I read their contents I come to know about many interesting uses of words, useful information, amazing keyword research tools since I am in blogging, topnotch blog ideas, themes and many more. It is one biggest reason why I love learning. Learning from different sources helps you grow in blogging and take off with your blog as a successful blogger. 8. Take An Audit of Your Site Taking an audit of your site is another golden tip for staying motivated with your blog and website. Taking an audit of the site helps you understand better how your site is performing and where there is a need for improvement. 9. Read Other Bloggers' Success Stories 4/5

One of the best ways to boost up blogger motivation is to read other bloggers. Read their real-life stories. Understand what kind of life they led past, and how much difficulties they, too, have to face while blogging. Try to understand if they failed and why they failed. And above all how they became able to take off their blogs successfully. If you are committed to making money blogging you need to be prepared to bear any hardships in your journey. Hardships come not to destroy you, but to drag out the best within you. Personally, I follow my favorite blogger, Harsh Agarwal. His award-winning blog ShoutMeLoud is full of motivation and information as well. Every time I read his article I thank him that I learned something new today. His blogging journey is really inspiring and every blogger should read his life at least for once in life. There is nothing more motivating when you see a person of your own class paying off in life. 10. Stay Away From Comparing This one is the last tip but not the least. If you truly want to grow in blogging you must be unique so that people can identify you among hundreds or even thousands. I have seen many people who compare themselves to their ideals. This tendency is really very bad. Comparing you're to other people not only cuts down your confidence level but also ends up insulting you. So better avoid comparison. You cannot compare yourself to other successful bloggers especially when you are a beginner. You first need to have your own dream or your own goal and then chase after it. Big bloggers did not become big in a couple of days or weeks, it took months and years to reach where they are today. That's why they are making a sustainable income from their blogs. Now I want to know what do you do to stay motivated as a blogger. Do you feel like quitting or something else?
