The gearbox We are constantly concerned about our machines' efficiency and upgrading the user comfort. The research team of RURIS, has always developed competitive products and since 2012, brought to market the latest research results, eight new machines: two professional tillers - R552H, R652H, two tillers - Sprint R552H, Sprint 652L and four multifunctional motor mowers, the ML range. RURIS innovates unique systems in the world to offer our customers the possibility of using RURIS equipment for processing soil with maximum efficivency. On the well-known platform tillers R550H, R650H and Sprint 550H tillers, we developed the ideal garden tractor, desired by all . farmers. Transmission platform is similar to the one you know and it's used today by all our customers. In addition, RURIS engineers have added an unique gearbox, grace to its construction. The need to work efficiently and with good results can be satisfied by R552H, R652H professional tillers and Sprint 552H and 652L tillers, fact is confirmed by all farmers who appreciate a job well done. The only vertical gearbox with applications on agricultural machines patented by RURIS, add value to the machines that give your best crops. . 1.Constant engine fuel consumption Since the project stage, we had always thought that a low fuel consumption protects plants and the environment, so we took into account that the power should remain constant and that power can be achieved through a new transmission concept. Remarkably, with the same engine power, the mechanical momentum increased by 46%. 2.RURIS engineers developed unique gearbox with vertical construction consisting of gears and axles, which aims to increase the installed power, which helps users who want a tiller or professional tiller with lightweight, compact and easy to handle, but with a high capacity for work. 3.Further, RURIS ingenuity proved unique in the world of garden machines technique because the gearbox is placed on the same axis with the transmission, which leads to an ideal balance of equipment load, increasing adherence to soil and comfort with the results of processing the soil at great depth, quickly, with low fuel consumption. 1

Accuracy and enviable manoeuvrability The rapidity with which you can change gears has a great benefit when executing precise manoeuvres during work, which increases the convenience of working with a precise machine. News & Innovations We call it the perfect motormower, desired by all households working in greenhouses, gardens, vineyards and pastures. This multifunctional product features are found in ML102, where the equipment with accessories such as SF cutters, tiller blades, snowblower, rotary brush sweeper is made immediately without effort from the user. 1.The 5.5HP engine power, cutter standard for ML102, provides maximum power to use the full range of accessories. Constant and low fuel consumption is 0.9 / liter per hour, regardless of accessory attachment. This consumption is 20% lower than average consumption for similar equipment on the market. 2.The gearbox, working in oil bath and the two gears, allow the user a smooth control and easy handling during operation, with applicability in all areas from plains to mountains. Gearbox maintenance is simple and can be done by any operator without specialized skills, being addressed to all types of users. 3.Pressure plate clutch in oil bath, with which is equipped the ML 102, provides ideal traction for the wheels during work. Reliability is the key point for the clutch pressure plates which don’t require maintenance or adjustment of precision. 4.For multifunctional ML102, the user can choose any type of blade for hay mowing with tough fiber structure (straw) and hay fiber structure impairment (type alfalfa). General section of the gearbox
Gearbox for ML 904,905,907 This gearbox, designed by the Ruris engineers is used for the entire range of multipurpose motormowers and emphasizes the gear placing model which ensures a selective index of gears during the usage. The benefit for the Ruris user is that he can control the rate of travel with accuracy and easiness. The reduced fuel consumption of 10% in slope areas is grace to the gears coupling effect and lack of skid guaranteed by the pressure plate clutch. During an average 8 hours work time you can achieve a fuel consumption of 2,5 liters of gasoline, reduced in comparison with a classical gearbox with dry pressure clutch. In the image img.01/02 you can see the gears disposal in the gearbox. The clutch with oiled pressure plates. The high working pressure carried out by the clutch in oil bath eliminates the skid moments which increases the lifetime of the clutch and reduces the work time.

Multipurpose ML 904 motor mower
Multifunctional motor mower ML 904, has a gearbox with gears in oil bath, arranged in a nodular cast iron gearbox for reliable protection against shocks and vibrations. 1.Gears are 2 forward and 2 backwards. For the forward moving gears, they are selected depending on the hay density if working with a grass cutting system. For hay with higher density and height of above 90 cm, the rate of the driving wheels must be reduced, so the 1st gear is optimal. If the hay density is reduced and height below 90 cm, the 2nd gear is optimal Operating time is reduced to 2 hours / hectare. 2.The engine has a rated power of 9 hp, which enables a low fuel consumption, below 1.1 litres per hour. 3.Gearbox housing Gearbox housing is made of nodular cast iron, shock and vibration resistant and can be used in any operating environment. Iron casing is not deforming in an impact with the hard ground and is easy to attend compared to a standard aluminium gearbox.

4.Differential The gearbox is equipped with differential lock for independent wheel drive when operating on a slope. The handling of the ML90 multifunctional, equipped with differential lock gives the user permanent traction and direction control in any environment. This can drive wheels independently or provide a permanent drive, 2x2, for slopes or when a plough is mounted on. Differential and gear box makes are the main advantage for a Ruris multifunctional in comparison with a standard one.
5.Mowing mobile blade In the ML90 mower, the user has the option to choose any type of blade for mowing hay with tough fiber structure (straw) and hay with light fiber structure (type alfalfa). These types of mobile mowing blades are divided into two categories: - Mobile blade with fingers, SF type for wheat - Mobile blade with knives for summer hay and alfalfa
6.The drive Movable blade drive system is vibration-free mowing, planetary type. The new type of drive, with movable blade differential, reduces more than 70% of the vibration in comparison with any drive system on the market. Planetary has three advantages that are targeted directly towards the user: a.Mobile drive system of the blade with no need for maintenance and adjustments in time. b.Vibration reduced in the system with more than 70% in comparison with other models on the market. c.Working in any position or angle. 6
Shaft section in brushcutters. The Ruris designed shaft, which will equip the Ruris brushcutters starting from 2012 is a square section one. This results in reduced vibrations on the main transmission axle and vibrations delivered to the engine. In this way, the user doesn't feel the vibrations. This emphasises the careful design of Ruris engineers by elaborated calculations of the shaft dimensions in ratio with the torsion momentum transmitted on the material length, resulting in a breaking and torsion momentum of about 16 kgf/cm. As benefit for Ruris customers, there is the possibility of mounting a bigger engine after buying the brushcutter without any other changes on the machine. This comes as a result of a Ruris market research which revealed our clients need for a more powerful brushcutter after a few years. By changing just the engine you economise 65% of the value of a new brushcutter. In this way, Ruris anticipates clients' needs and gives us an advantage in the relation with our customers.

Ruris innovations Stone removal Thanks to blades shape and wings bent at an angle of 75 째, the gravel or hard rocks in contact with the two items (blades and wings) are evenly discharged on surface without being buried in the ground. The user can easily ventilate the ground before seeding for a uniform and constant depth. The soil is crumbled in a single pass at a depth between 200 - 300 mm.
1 Quality control of the made excavations To achieve precise control of the quality of depth control work surface, Ruris offers customers a depth controller. The controller is part of the wing structure and clearly states the quality of the work by leveling and perfect ventilating the soil. So you can realize consistent work and good quality seeding. To maintain uniformity in the soil, the wings are reinforced on the chassis with a fixed bracket provided with 9 points of support and has a strong hold. The wings are in shape of a plug with three ways of action: 1.Flipping soil again after the blade has passed, 2.Discharges to the surface and on the side, rocks and hard lumps, regardless of size; 3.Leveling the ground to be sown; 4. Accurately control the working depth.

Handling during operation You can work large open areas or narrow surfaces by adjusting the width of the cutting blades. The professional tiller can also work flat, especially for vegetable crops and nursery gardens, where the width between rows is less than 300 mm. Mobility and maneuverability of the garden tractor allows its successful use in household activities.
RURIS
Blades The blades of Ruris professional tiller were specially designed for the toughest soils in Romania (groups 3 and 4). They are designed concave and convex, with an optimal angle for these soil types. Blade shape and thickness lead to a maximum efficiency in soil. It is important that in the tough soil, the blade has a continuous curvature and a reduced height, thereby reducing usage and shocks arising from contact with the ground. The blades of Ruris professional tiller don't sharp by rasp, but self-sharpening in soil due to their unique shape, demonstrating the performance of Ruris professional tiller. Set of blades Clamping plates play an important role in fixing the blade. Solid and fixed with the 4 blades, they form a strong and durable assembly in soil. The blades of Ruris professional tiller were specially designed for the toughest soils in Romania (groups 3 and 4). Blade assembly may be easily modulated in one, two or three segments. This is a real advantage when working in tight spaces, nursery gardens or cultures where usually enters only hand tools. Ruris professional tiller can work in the tightest spaces and the toughest operating conditions. The minimum working width tiller, with a right and left mounted segment is 250 mm.
Worm shaft gear, worm wheel Involvement of the engine worm shaft is made at high revolution of 3000 rpm, thanks to the worm wheel. Speed ? obtained, in relation with well-positioned center of gravity makes the garden tractor break the soil regardless of hardness. Fuel consumption and work time are reduced.

Practical advice for the use of accessories Plough For proper maintenance of soil in autumn, after harvest, plough use provides ventilation and preparing for spring work. For gardens and greenhouses soil, we recommend using a Ruris plough with a working depth between 100 mm - 250 mm.
Blades In spring, when the ground is thawed, should start preparing the soil for sowing. With blades you can crush and break lumps during autumn plowing, until the soil is sandy and fine. Blades have a curved shape that starts at the base of the grip and are positioned concave and convex, which helps perfect shredding soil after the first pass. Optimal depth is 250 mm and can be reached a maximum of 300 mm.
Ridge Plough After shredding soil and removal of the lumps, you can mount the ridge plough to prepare the sowing ditches. The ridge plough` wings should face outward to the maximum to get some perfectly uniform ditches. After sowing, direct one of the wings on the closed position and begin work between the ditches` rows previously formed. The wing left in the open position will cover perfectly and evenly the planted seed. Cultivator During the spring the soil is invaded by weeds and twitch. In order to achieve healthy development of crops, we recommend using Ruris cultivator with three sets of blades. It penetrates the soil to a maximum depth of 100 mm - 120 mm and reverses soil with grass to be removed by cutting the roots. 15
Preparatory stages for soil tillage When preparing for spring and autumn agricultural works, it is necessary to inspect the condition of the soil and to select the type of agricultural accessories necessary for soil type. Once you have chosen the right accessory, you need to check the following: For the plough: before using the plough you must: -check if after the first pass of Ruris professional tiller, the blades easily enter the soil more than half; - make sure that the soil was processed with a Ruris plough or professional tiller the year before; - plough is perfectly aligned with the professional tiller axis without deviation; - basis for positioning the blade is parallel to the ground; - angle and depth are well correlated, checking is made on few meters, and if not match is adjusted again. For the blades: If you have side crops, check the working width of Ruris professional tiller is appropriate, in order not to make direct contact with plants; Also, use side protections to protect crops from errors in handling or covering with soil. For the ridge plough: Check if the soil is well loosened using a special object called soil checker. If by pushing gently this penetrates the soil, means that you can start preparing for sowing and planting rows. For the cultivator: Use the cultivator only when the soil is soft, maintained by previous trenching works with a compact structure without cracks due to lack of water. Where the soil is maintained and irrigated, you can successfully use the cultivator. 16
For steel wheels: Where the soil is loose and the wheels sink into the ground without moving forward, you can call a technical solution proposed and developed by Ruris: mount the right blades on the left side and viceversa. Blades will not cut the ground, but will submit it. For easy submitting, you should use only two sets of blades on each side.
