Former Legal Aid Society attorney Seymour James will be one of the co-chairs of the State Bar Association’s Task Force on the Parole System. It will study the parole system to suggest changes to courts and the state legislature. It is made up of two cochairs, 23 members and an advisor from the John Jay School of Criminal Justice.
