COMIC ARTS FESTIVAL COMING TO THE PRATT INSTITUTE: A comic book event is coming to Brooklyn this weekend — and it’s free. The festival will give Brooklynites a chance to delve into more than 250 exhibits, including books, prints, art and (of course) comics. Saturday’s festival kicks off at 11 a.m. and runs until 7 p.m. at 200 Willoughby Ave. The variety show is on Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. at 1140 Myrtle Ave. Both events are free and open to the public.
