When the Merchants of Third Avenue got together last week at Greenhouse Cafe, they discussed the upcoming Summer Stroll on 3rd as well as the much-anticipated launching of the Third Avenue Business Improvement District, referred to by President Bob Howe as a “Business INVESTMENT District." Home Reporter executive Marc Hibsher (left) visited with Howe and astutely pointed out that the Fifth Avenue BID has been “a great development for the merchants, residents and property owners there.”
