I am trained as a baker. Worked in The Full Moon Bakery in Galway, Managed the Rodger Rabitte Bakery and The ABC bakeries also in Galway. I ran and supplied and organic market stall with Bread, Peanut Crunch and Seitan in Galway for 7 years, also supplying local shops and resturants with my wares. Spent a few years doing sign writing. The Joke Box in Galway is one I did, it's lasted ten years now. I founded the White Witch trademark in October 2005. I was born in Galway and was raised in a family where simple food ingredients were used in the kitchen and these ingredients carried over into the bathroom for cosmetic purposes and even into the medicine cabinet as well. I have a City & Guilds qualification in business and a HACCP certification. I also have a certificate for Hynosis and NLP. I have been studying and using herbs for over 25 years and I am currently studying natural perfumery. I am the editor of the online publication Nature's Nexus and I am the administrator of the Natural Perfume Academy. I t
