Bruxie Gourmet Waffle Sandwiches
The Bold Fold Arrives in Rancho Santa Margarita-Plans to Open as Early as Next Week If it’s hard to even buy a waffle in Rancho Santa Margarita , how much more difficult can it be for Rancho residents to get a gourmet waffle sandwich replete with more goodies than most sandwich shops ever imagined? While parking might be a challenge, never let it be said that Bruxie’s ever worried for a moment that Rancho Santa Margarita residents would not somehow beat a path to their door, knowing all the while that Kohl’s and Bed Bath and Beyond is just a few yards away. While two other restaurants may have failed in the same spot, and not to mention that there are no fewer than nine restaurants nearlby,Bruxies’s believes so strongly in their product and thinks that they have the ultimate breakfast, brunch, and luncheon experience. With City Hall just a stone’s throw away. Can success be far behind? Stay tuned Santa Margarita, stay tuned!
