LOCAL RESIDENT LISA DALE HONORED BY Mission Hospital Foundation with the Sister Martha Ann Fitzpatrick Vision Award Longtime member of the Mission Hospital family, Lisa Dale fully embraces the Spirit of Giving and supports the hospital’s mission, vision and values. Lisa Dale has been a devoted member of the Mission Hospital family for more than 20 years. To recognize the many lives that Lisa has touched over the years and her extensive impact on the hospital, Mission Hospital Foundation is honoring Lisa with the Sister Martha Ann Fitzpatrick Vision Award. The Vision Award is named for Sister Martha Ann Fitzpatrick, vice president, advocacy and ministry formation at Mission Hospital. This prestigious award celebrates an individual or group for living the core values of Mission Hospital (Dignity, Service, Excellence and Justice) and working to bring people together to foster a shared responsibility for the quality of life in our community. “Lisa truly embraces the heritage of the Sisters of St. Joseph, genuinely living our mission to extend the healing ministry of Jesus and in so many ways, helping to improve the health and quality of life in our community,” shares Sister Martha Ann Fitzpatrick. A brilliant business woman and chief executive officer of Seabreeze Management, Lisa serves as a warm and compassionate community ambassador. She regularly draws community members from across the region into our hospital family to enable us to further extend the healing ministry of Jesus.

Lisa served as one of the first Foundation Board Members and created the foundation’s incredibly successful Holiday Gala. Over the last 19 years the Holiday Gala has raised millions of dollars to enable the hospital to support the community’s greatest needs. Today, Lisa shares her inspiring leadership skills serving as the chair of Valiant Women, a Mission Hospital fundraising support group devoted to meeting the medical, educational, emotional and spiritual needs of women in our community. A member of the foundation’s Philanthropist Circle, Lisa graciously supports the hospital and encourages her friends, family and colleagues to do the same. www.mission4health.com. 27700 Medical Center Road • Mission Viejo, CA 92691. T: (949) 364-1400 A Ministry founded by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange. Through Valiant Women, Lisa played a significant role in the hospital’s recent acquisition of breast tomosynthesis 3D mammography. This incredible technology provides a clearer, more accurate view of the breast and allows doctors to more effectively pinpoint the size, shape and location of any abnormalities. The result is better detection, increased accuracy and greater peace of mind for our patients. Mission Hospital Foundation will officially present Lisa with the Sister Martha Ann Fitzpatrick Vision Award and celebrate her Spirit of Giving at the Philanthropy Circle Dinner in April.

SECRET MEETING BY VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION SAID TO BE EXAMINING BID TO PURCHASE COTO VALLEY CLUBHOUSE
Many of the Coto de Caza Village residents who attended the regular monthly meeting of the Village Homeowner’s Association at the Coto Valley Country Club seemed mildly annoyed at having been dragged from their favorite Wednesday night comedies but appeared surprised that the usually dull homeowner’s meeting took on an air of secrecy by Board Members banning the press from the meeting. What dramatic secrets did the board want to hide from the press and public? “Why Did the Sea Hawks Pass?”, and “Who Will Replace John Stewart?” were quickly removed from speculation by newsmen as possible topics. The more likely topic was the possible bid to buy the venerable Coto Valley Clubhouse, said to be one of the available parcels offered by the Silver Bronze Corporation, which owns the club and adjacent equestrian center. An offer on the clubhouse was rumored to be “all cash-no contingencies.” Several Village residents were said by reliable sources to be excited by the supposed noncontingency language and were alleged to be planning to recommend such an offer to the Silver Bronze Board, even without knowing the amount of the proposed bid. Some Village residents seemed to think that such
a bid would include the Equestrian Center property, and that acceptance of a bid might eliminate speculation the Equestrian Center property might be converted from horses to houses. However, additional sources confirmed that the bid was only for the clubhouse. Additional speculation that Silver Bronze board might be persuaded to accept such a bid ranged “from zero to laughable.” A bidder who offered a clubhouse bid without any contingencies, might be painfully surprised to find (for instance) that the lot on which the clubhouse
pool sits may have been recently exchanged with a local developer for another lot. Village residents probably have little to fear concerning their beloved Equestrian Center being rezoned and converted to residential. Nearly two thousand residents of Coto de Caza have already expressed their opposition to more residential development on Equestrian Center property. So the secrets of the Village Homeowner’s Association meeting appear to be safe for another week, until the results of the meeting are published.

Share Some Love with Cupcakes
Five Decadent and Easy Chocolate Desserts for Valentine’s Day By Freida Thomas I can’t think of anything better than treating your sweetheart with a homemade dinner and an easy decadent dessert this Valentine’s day. I’ll leave the dinner up to you, but below are five sweet and delicious suggestions for desserts to make for your Valentine this year! Simple but Yummy Brownie Sundae The key to making this common dessert special is to cut your favorite baked brownies into individual hearts with a 3 ½ inch heart shaped cookie cutter. To assemble, use a white plate and squirt some raspberry sauce in a decorative pattern. Place a scoop of strawberry ice cream on one side of plate. Lay your heart shaped brownie up against the ice cream. Make the mood more romantic by slowly feeding this delish dish to your valentine! Chocolate Fondue What would Valentine’s Day be without chocolate fondue? Serve while the fondue is warm. Load up skewers with fruits of all kinds: bananas, strawberries, pineapples, apple slices, pear slices, and marshmallows. This dipping dessert is only limited by your imagination.
The possibilities are endless! Brownie Heart Cupcakes This is simple yet will convey your love on Valentine’s Day. Bake your favorite cupcake and brownie recipes. Use a 1 ½ in heart cookie cutter to cut heart shapes from the brownies. Frost your cupcakes with a pink Basic Butter cream Icing recipe. Then carefully place your heart shaped brownie on top of the cupcake. Optionally, you could place a cherry on top of the brownie! Chocolate and Banana Waffle Panini (perfect to serve your Valentine for breakfast in bed) This is an easy recipe, but will make a big impression. Simply take 2 frozen waffles, spread 1 side of each waffle with butter. Place sliced bananas, and 1 oz. of chopped chocolate in between the non-buttered sides of the waffles. Heat the waffle Panini, buttered sides out, in a medium skillet, covered, until he chocolate melts and the waffles are crisp and done, about 2 minutes per each side! Chocolate Drizzled Nuts with Sea Salt If your Valentine is a nut lover (notice I didn’t say nut), but a lover of nuts, try this sweet and salty recipe to
have with a glass of wine after your romantic dinner. You can make this with a single nut of your choice or a can of lightly salted mixed nuts. I prefer the mixed because I’m a lover of all nuts! Line a rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread out 2 cups of nuts on it. Next melt ¼ pound of semi-sweet chocolate, chopped in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is
melted and smooth. Drizzle nuts with the chocolate and ½ teaspoon flakey sea salt. Place the cookie sheet with the nuts in the refrigerator until set, about 15 to 20 minutes. Break apart into pieces before serving. Any of these five easy yet decadent recipes will be appreciated by a chocolate lover, especially if they are made and presented with a kiss and an “I love you.”

Valentine Sayings About Love By David Searm Mere words put together, when expressed with love and profound emotions transpire into “notes of love”. They are simple yet all expressive, all romantic! You know it when you see the spark in your lover’s eyes, their radiant smile as you read out one on a silent evening. Valentine sayings are exactly that. Put together your feelings into words and weave a line or two on it! Not that you always have to croon your own thoughts into lines. Writers, poets and thinkers across the ages have written about love in abundance. You can seek inspiration from them and write your own notes. Else you can simply quote a line or two from Valentine Sayings written by eminent writers. A simple valentine saying not only serenades love and your beloved, but also expresses your thoughts. Pick up the ones that suit you best. Make a scroll and scribble few lines on it to give it a “Romeo-Juliet” feel. Else writing on a parchment or a greeting card is just perfect. “Love is a many splendid thing. Love lifts us up where we belong. All you need is love!” from Moulin Rouge (movie)
I’m one of the famous writers from mydearvalentine. I use to write on various love and Valentine Day Recipes topics like Valentine Sayings, Valentine Quotes and Love Quotes. Ducks players, dressed in tails, top hats, and gold bow-ties and pocket squares, mingled with the crowd, posed for photos, and joined guests at the gaming tables. The event committee was led by Orangewood’s 44 Women for Children auxiliary members Kelly Bozza and Stacey Kinney, and the title sponsor was The Klein Family (Bill and Jenny Klein and daughter Whitney were in attendance). Guests enjoyed ‘20s style cocktails which included the Gin Rickey, Manhattan and The French 75. There was also a champagne tower, various buffet stations, catered by 24 Carrots Catering and Events the buffet stations located throughout the venue had a Great Gatsby Inspired menu which included International cheese display, grilled petite lamb chops, shrimp cocktails, phyllo-encrusted spinach stuffed mushrooms, gorgonzola crusted beef tenderloin crostini, mashed potato martini station and a carving station with prime rib. At the floating dessert display guests enjoyed Salted caramel tart, crème brulee spoon, a yummy deconstructed snickers in a Ducks player Corey Perry, Michele Ryan and Tim Ryan (Ducks EVP shot glass, chocolate pot de crème, mini lavender bars, key lime tarts and & COO and Orangewood board member) pecan bourbon tarts The musical entertainment, Blazing Pianos, got the crowd out on the dance floor, dancing to cover tunes from the ‘20s to today. A jazz trio provided themed background music for guests in “The Captain’s Club” casino room, where Vegas-style games of Blackjack, Craps and Roulette were offered. An extensive variety of silent auction items were available for bidding. Guests could also purchase tickets for five opportunity prizes. Up for grabs were Anaheim Ducks Autographed Wine Package Item; a basket with an Anaheim Ducks #10 Corey Perry Autographed Jersey, Edmonton Oilers #4 Taylor Hall Autographed Jersey and four (4) Plaza Level tickets to the April 1, 2015 Anaheim Ducks vs. Edmonton Oilers game. There was also a Toshiba Slim LED 40” TV; a Strider Paddleboard package from Jimmy Styks including one paddleboard, adjustable paddle, leash, fin and storage bag with 2 paddleboard sessions/ 1 Kayak During a brief program, Ducks Head Coach Bruce Boudreau welcomed the crowd. Boudreau drew laughter and applause when he commented on his top hat and tails attire, saying, “It’s been suggested that I bear a striking resemblance to a board game character. But, no, I am not the Monopoly man!” Orangewood CEO, Chris Simonsen, thanked the crowed and the Ducks organization for supporting the Foundation, saying “Thanks especially to Ducks player Matt Belesky, event co-chair Stacey Kinney and Ducks the Ducks players who are so generous and gracious with their time at player Devante Smith-Pelly tonight’s event.” Also in the crowd were Ducks co-owner and long-time Orangewood supporter, Susan Samueli (founding chair of the Orangewood’s 44 Women for Children auxiliary and also an Orangewood board member); Ducks players including Team Captain Ryan Getzlaf, NHL 2012 All-Star Corey Perry, Cam Fowler, and goalie Frederik (Freddy) Andersen; title sponsors Jenny and Bill Klein and daughter Whitney Klein; Kelly and Jim Mazzo; past 44 Women board chair Lupe Erwin; and Orangewood board member Sandi Jackson and husband Doug Jackson. Founded in 1981, Orangewood Children’s Foundation is one of the leading providers of services to current and former foster youth. Their mission is to provide life-changing prevention and intervention programs for abused and neglected children, young adults and at-risk families through one-on-one support and community partnerships to end the cycle of child abuse. Last year they helped over 1,500 children and teens with programs that prepare them to make a successful transition from the foster care system to independent adulthood. Their programs focus on education, employment, housing, life skills and basic needs. Without the Foundation’s support and guidance, these children can become homeless, unemployed or incarcerated. Snoring, or noisy breathing while asleep affects slightly more men than women. There are several reasons for this, including Dr. Michael Tessier flabby tissue in the throat, loose or long soft palates, or obstructed nasal passages. Sleep apnea or the temporary cessation of breathing is a result of some of that redundant tissue or the base of the tongue covering the wind- pipe. Snoring and sleep apnea prevent a good, deep night’s sleep, which can lead to a sleepy day, even narcolepsy which causes people to fall completely asleep during the work day. Undue stress on the heart can also be a result of a poor night’s sleep. According to a Yale University study published in the New England Journal of Medicine has found that obstructive sleep apnea can triple the risk of stroke or death. 4% of adult men and 2% of adult women in this country suffer from the malady, including, according to a 2003 study of three hundred players, about 14% of the National Football League. While there are surgical procedures used today to cut away redundant tissue and open up the breathing passage

not everyone needs surgery to fix this problem.. Alternatively, I make a noninvasive removable oral appliance (like a retainer) that comfortably repositions the lower jaw forward, thereby clearing the base of the tongue away from the windpipe minimizing breathing restrictions to give you more oxygen while you are sleeping. I have tried several designs, both on myself and patients with similar problems, and have finally found THE WINNER. My wife and my neighbors, and all the patients for whom I’ve made this appliance and their neighbors, are very grateful. We all awaken more refreshed in the morning because we got a more profound, more restful nights sleep. Incidentally, a patient told me today that in a hospital sleep study he had 168 sleep apnea episodes without the appliance, and seventeen episodes with it. Also, he had a seventeen per cent reduction in blood oxygen while sleeping without the appliance, and only a three per cent reduction with it. If your sleep habits are disturbing other people, before going the surgery route, a call to Dr. Tessier’s Office for a complimentary consultation appointment may be in order. Dr. Michael Tessier’s office is located at 28562 Oso at the intersection of Oso and Antonio parkway in the center near the carwash and Starbucks. The telephone number is 949-459-7212.

Mission San Juan Capistrano’s enterprising Swallows Vocalization Project is now underway for the fourth and final season, an effort to lure the popular birds onto the mission grounds. The Swallows Vocalization Project incorporates speakers that play swallows courtship calls and songs in an effort to lure the swallows, which migrate from Argentina each March before returning to Argentina in October. The number of swallows nesting at the mission has diminished over time because of urbanization, which has given the swallows more options to build their mud homes. The Swallows Vocalization Project idea came from swallows expert Dr. Charles Brown, who was summoned to the mission in 2012 from the University of Tulsa, where he is a professor of biological sciences. Dr. Brown’s idea has worked. Swallows that flew overhead and might not have explored the mission and considered it a place to nest are now descending to the mission grounds, where they can build nests. “The recording is of courtship songs that males use to attract females. And males would be attracted too because they are very social birds,” Dr. Brown said. “It’s a matter of attracting them in; we know they are overhead and in the area.” The project involves a systematic program of playing the courtship calls and songs a few times a day, when the weather is good and during the times the swallows would be foraging. Dr. Brown has suggested that this be the final year of the Swallows Vocalization Project so that he can incorporate a new phase in attracting the bird. Stayed tuned for Dr. Brown’s next idea. To set up an interview with Dr. Brown, please email joe@juvecreative.com. About Mission San Juan Capistrano: Known as the “Jewel of the Missions,” Mission San Juan

The History of Valentine’s Day: Who was St. Valentine? By Scott Brodie This history of Valentine’s Day is shrouded in mystery. While every February 14, Valentine’s Day, couples send romantic Valentines, no one knows the true history of Valentine’s Day. Many believe the history of Valentine’s Day can be found in the question, “Who was Saint Valentine?” The Roman Catholic Church has three saints named Valentine, or Valentinus. Of these three, the history of Valentine’s Day supposedly honors the first Saint Valentine. So, who was Saint Valentine? Saint Valentine was a third-century priest in Rome. He was martyred. Any further answer to, “Who was Saint Valentine?,” is speculation. Yet, there are three theories about the history of Valentine’s Day. Each attempts to answer, “Who was Saint Valentine?” Who Was Saint Valentine? A Priest Marrying Couples. According to this theory on the history of Valentine’s Day, Saint Valentine was a priest during Emperor Claudius II’s reign. Because Claudius II believed single men were better soldiers than married men, he outlawed marriage for young men. Saint Valentine did not adhere to Claudius II’s proclamation, however, and continued to perform marriages in secret. When he was
discovered, Saint Valentine was imprisoned and sentenced to death. Who Was Saint Valentine? A Priest Freeing Christians. Another theory about the history of Valentine’s Day contends that Saint Valentine was sentenced to death for free Christians from Roman prisons. This is the least romantic history of Valentine’s Day, but it portrays Saint Valentine as a heroic and strong figure. Who Was Saint Valentine? The First Valentine. According to this romantic theory of the history of Valentine’s Day, Saint Valentine sent the first valentine. He supposedly fell in love while imprisoned. Perhaps it was the jailor’s daughter who he loved. Whoever the lady was, he sent her a letter signed, “From your Valentine.” The truth is, no one can answer, “Who was Saint Valentine?” Since it remains unknown, the question for today is not, “Who was Saint Valentine?” Rather the question is, “Who is Saint Valentine now?” Whoever he was, Saint Valentine is remembered as a strong, heroic and romantic figure. It is no wonder lovers have been sending love letters in his name, as valentines, ever since the Middle Ages. The Coto de Caza News

5 G ifts H e ’ ll L ove on Valentine ’ s Day
By Alison Harrison How to pick a valentine’s gift for the man in your life? You love him no matter what. You don’t mind that he drops his shirts on the floor, can’t hear you when he watches football, and still likes to eat pizza out of the box in front of the Tivo. But choosing the perfect Valentines gift for him is hard. Here are 5 ways to show him you care on Valentine’s Day without being too cutesy (unless he likes that). A beer gift basket Beer on the Wall has a great selection of beer gift baskets and beer of the month options. This will probably delight him more than any box of Valentine’s Day chocolates. If he’s not a beer drinker, then how about some of the vinyards and wine sellers who offer wine clubs with gift boxes or monthly deliveries? Cookie bouquet There are lots of surveys stating that men actually want to receive flowers on Valentine’s Day. Uh-huh. I’m betting he’d rather have a “bouquet” of his favorite cookies instead. Try Cookies By Design for a great selection. Or if you’re feeling domestic, why not bake him up a batch? Not sweet toothed? Many meat producers offer gift packs of bacon, steaks or jerky. Or sign him up to a farmers vegetable box delivery so he can whip up his favorite vegetarian food all year round.
Personalized T’s If he’s more of a jeans and t-shirt kind of a guy than a fancy restaurant customer, try Café Press for a range of fantastic T’s or create your own with a personal message. Looking for something a little more upscale? Cufflinks or collar stays can be engraved with initials or special messages. Tickets If you have the cash, buy some front row seats to his favorite team or band. if you’re on a more meager budget this year, then try tickets to a film that he wants to see - especially if it’s a type you’re not so keen on. You get the double benefit of having bought the gift and letting him see that you’ll go out of your way to make him happy. Weekend away Just you and your honey in a cosy cottage with a hot tub and the sound of the sea. Or a swanky hotel room in the heart of the city. Travel prices are down a little this year so splash out and make it a weekend he won’t forget. Deep down, men and women both want the same - to be loved and appreciated and maybe spoiled a little. Valentine’s Day is the perfect opportunity to use your imagination but make sure that, whatever the gift, you give it with love.

In the event that the deed of trust described in this Notice of Trustee’s Sale is secured by real property containing from one to four single-family residences, the following notices are provided pursuant to the provisions of Civil Code section 2924f: NOTICE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS: If you are considering bidding on this property lien, you should understand that there are risks involved in bidding at a trustee auction. You will be bidding on a lien, not on the property itself. Placing the highest bid at a trustee auction does not automatically entitle you to free and clear ownership of the property. You should also be aware that the lien being auctioned off may be a junior lien. If you are the highest bidder at the auction, you are or may be responsible for paying off all liens senior to the lien being auctioned off, before you can receive clear title to the property. You are encouraged to investigate the existence, priority, and size of outstanding liens that may exist on this property by contacting the county recorder’s office or a title insurance company, either of which may charge you a fee for this information. If you consult either of these resources, you should be aware that the same lender may hold more than one mortgage or deed of trust on the property. NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNER: The sale date shown on this notice of sale may be postponed one or more times by the mortgagee, beneficiary, trustee, or a court, pursuant to Section 2924g of the California Civil Code. The law requires that information about trustee’s sale postponements be made available to you and to the public, as a courtesy to those not present at the sale. If you wish to learn whether your sale date has been postponed, and, if applicable, the rescheduled time and date for the sale of this property, you may call 714-573-1965 or visit this Internet Web site www.priorityposting.com, using the file number assigned to this case 75505. Information about postponements that are very short in duration or that occur close in time to the scheduled sale may not be immediately reflected in the telephone information or on the Internet Web site. The best way to verify postponement information is to attend the scheduled sale. Dated: February 9, 2015 RESS Financial Corporation, a California corporation, as Trustee By: Bruce R. In addition to cash, the Trustee will accept a cashier’s check drawn on a state or national bank, a check drawn by a state or federal credit union or a check drawn by a state or federal savings and loan association, savings association or savings bank specified in Section 5102 of the California Financial Code and authorized to do business in California, or other such funds as may be acceptable to the Trustee. In the event tender other than cash is accepted, the Trustee may withhold the issuance of the Trustee’s Deed Upon Sale until funds become available to the payee or endorsee as a matter of right. The property offered for sale excludes all funds held on account by the property receiver, if applicable. If the Trustee is unable to convey title for any reason, the successful bidder’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be the return of monies paid to the Trustee and the successful bidder shall have no further recourse. Notice to Potential Bidders If you are considering bidding on this property lien, you should understand that there are risks involved in bidding at a Trustee auction. Notice to Property Owner The sale date shown on this Notice of Sale may be postponed one or more times by the Mortgagee, Beneficiary, Trustee, or a court, pursuant to Section 2924g of the California Civil Code. The law requires that information about Trustee Sale postponements be made available to you and to the public, as a courtesy to those not present at the sale. If you love the idea of giving her flowers but need to save some cash, most grocery and discount stores have live bouquets. Pick a pretty bouquet, choose one of the vases, add a pretty bow and you’re all set. #3 - Handcrafted Gift Are you handy? If you are, think about your hobby and how you can use it to create a one-of-a-kind gift. If you’re not so handy, shop local stores that sell handcrafted items. You’ll usually find these tucked away in shopping strips or in the historic or tourist section of town. If you prefer to shop online, try Etsy. com. This entire website is filled with all handcrafted items for you to choose from. #4 - Personalized Gift When you give a personalized gift, it tells the woman you love that you went the extra mile and actually put some thought into the gift. Shop websites like www.ThingsRemembered.com or www.PersonalCreations for items you can have engraved, monogrammed or to have a special picture turned into a canvas print. #5 - Jewelry Jewelry is right up there with candy and flowers. Your decision here revolves around your budget and what kind of statement you want to make. Fine jewelry shows a woman that you are getting pretty serious while less expensive fashion jewelry is just fun to receive. Shop for fine jewelry at stores like Jared.com, Zales.com and Kay.com. You can find a good assortment of pretty fashion jewelry at any major department store. Necklaces and
bracelets are easiest to buy as you don’t have to get a certain size. #6 - Breakfast in Bed If you want to really impress the women in your life, treat her to breakfast in bed. Clueless about what to cook and how to do it? Let AskMen. com give you some help with their breakfast in bed article. #7 - Love Letter Writing a love letter might make you feel silly, but your loved one will be thrilled. For those of you who need help doing this (and who doesn’t?) read this article on How to Write a Love Letter> for step-by-step instructions. #8 - Romantic Dinner Do you have a special restaurant as a couple? Where did you go for your first date? Make reservations at your special restaurant or recreate your first date and relive the memories. Women love taking trips down memory lane. #9 - Creative Dates If the love of your life is adventurous, dinner and a movie won’t impress her. Instead, give her the thrill of a lifetime by planning something adventurous and exciting. Look creatively at the area you live. What are the special tourist attractions? Do you live in wine country? Take a tour of a winery and have a picnic complete with wine and cheese. Is it warm in your part of the country on Valentine’s Day? Try whitewater rafting. For thrill seekers, set up a date for bungee jumping, hang gliding, hot air balloon or a helicopter ride. #10 - Candy Diamonds may be a girl’s best friend, but let’s face it, all women love chocolate. Wow her with a gourmet chocolate assortment like Godiva Gold Gourmet Chocolate Gift Basket
or Homemade Gourmet Chocolate Candy Bars. The main thing to remember about giving a gift that makes a lasting impression on the woman you love, is the thought. The special woman in your life will be happy as long as
she knows you put some thought into choosing the gift and that it comes from the heart. Use this list of top ten Valentines Day gifts for ideas and you’ll soon find the perfect gift for that perfect woman in your life.

The law requires that information about trustee sale postponements be made available to you and to the public, as a courtesy to those not present at the sale. If you wish to learn whether your sale date has been postponed, and, if applicable, the rescheduled time and date for the sale of this property, you may call (844) 477-7869 or visit this Internet Web site WWW.STOXPOSTING.COM, using the file number assigned to this case 008134-CA. Information about postponements that are very short in duration or that occur close in time to the scheduled sale may not immediately be reflected in the telephone information or on the Internet Web site. The best way to verify postponement information is to attend the scheduled sale. FOR SALES INFORMATION: (844) 477-7869 CLEAR RECON CORP. The law requires that information about trustee sale postponements be made available to you and to the public, as a courtesy to those not present at the sale.
