Our Client - Caleb Alvarado - Multidisciplinary studio that specializes in Photography, motion, design, and drone photography “ Through the lens of my camera, I am learning more about life and the human connection. Through a strong family structure and my 10 plus years being trained & working as an architect, I found my passion in photography. The camera is my window for exploration, discovery and Ideologies for my life.

What he said... “The culture of play, the culture of Transparency, the culture of learning... I think those are big things for me.” “The client and employee experience needs to be very flexible; just like a studio space.”

“I love Indoor outdoor spaces”

Proposed Designed Furniture

Form and Furniture from Nature Study

Proposed Designed Furniture

Inspiration from nature: A tree trunk

Take away: Form, Color, Texture

Exploration: Pattern with form and texture

Beginning with a picture of nature to find a simple form which gave a “FUNction couch The main idea was to design a furniture where people come to discuss and chat leaving behind their regular desks and chairs. Creating a beautiful pattern with texture and form while still considering ergonomics as most important factor.
