The menu is simple but classy and there´s a history of hiring talented chefs from around the world. For lunch the goat cheese salad is a must, for dinner the lamb is great and the fishof-the-day is from one of the local fishermen. Inspiration comes from french as well as scandinavian cooking, as well as traditional Icelandic fine cooking. The fish comes in each day from local fishermen, our vegetables from Vallanes ecological farm when available, the organic lamb from the East-Icelandic plateau.
