As managing director of Double Diamond Capital Inc. Nawar Mahfooth is an engineer and inspiring entrepreneur. After his graduation, he won a university wide award to start up his technology company out of the Digital Media Zone (DMZ) at Ryerson University. Throughout that journey, he achieved very diverse goals including publishing multiple research articles, earning a patent, establishing and leading a talented team, forming strategic partnerships and raising funds.

John Mehlenbacher has decades of real estate experience with The Condo Store Realty Inc., The Rosseau Group, and previously, Concord Adex Development Corporation. Over his career, John has sold thousands of pre-construction units and executed development projects worth in excess of $1 billion. He now leverages his deep residential experience identifying and developing high potential real estate projects.
Diane Bertolin is a partner of Alliance United. As a licensed mortgage agent, her passion for real estate can be traced back to her roll as a licensed commissioner for the City of Windsor and the extensive experience she gained managing complex stakeholder relationships and brokering consensus among government and industry groups
