30 Day Form One Year Warranty

It is suggested to fill out and submit a 30- Day form on or at the 25th day prior to your date of possession. On this form, you may include items that were listed on your PreDelivery Inspection (PDI) form that have not yet been addressed, as well as any new items that you have noted since taking possession of your home.

It is suggested to fill out and submit a Year- End form during the last 30 days of the first year from your possession date. This should include any items not addressed in your 30 day form and any new items that you have noted within the year since taking possession of your home.

Requires that the home is constructed in a workmanlike manner and free from defects in materials

Protects against unauthorized substitutions of items of construction or finishing that are referred to, or selected by the purchaser, in the purchase agreement

Ensures that the home is fit for habitation

Protects against Ontario Building Code violations
