Making a Claim

All claims are to be filled out using MyHome which lets you manage your warranty online. Warranty forms can also be submitted by courier or mail. If you would like to use a paper form, please call Tarion at 1-877982-7466 to obtain a copy.

Builder Repair Period

When a 30-Day and Year-End form is submitted, this triggers an initial 120 day period during which we will resolve warrantable items.

Note:

In some circumstances a builder may ne prevented from making repairs within the 120 days however, most items will be schedule to complete and are intended to be successfully resolved.
