All components are integrated into our flexible platform.
Reporting
Customizable daily, weekly, and monthly reporting is available with Milborne. Utilizing comprehensive sales, traffic, and market analytics, as well as traffic demographics and purchaser profiles, reports are tailored to each developer’s unique project.

At Milborne, we exceed at creating a virtually mistake-free, ordered, coherent and consistent process— from the broker portal and worksheet submission to deal generation, writing, signing, and execution, we deliver excellence. Our team saw a need to minimize human error and to this end, created and developed proprietary software to address this requirement. The Milborne App software utilizes real-time tracking of inventory and each step in the selling process, from providing a visual tool in grid format of the suite mix to each floor plate, through to the utilization of electronic signing of the APS. Each transaction has a full audit trail to ensure that all requirements regarding Tarion and FINTRAC are strictly adhered to. The software also tracks all deposits, price changes and purchaser information without compromising the security and privacy required for any real estate transaction. The Milborne App has enabled the team to reach new milestones in both sales velocity and deal generation while minimizing human error in deal preparation and efficiency with signing.
