A DESIGN GUIDE THAT WILL CLICK WITH YOU This month we saw the successful introduction of our Online Design Guide, an invaluable resource for our new home buyers. Now buyers can easily flip through the Online Guide and get loads of information on making the right selections for their new dream home – from standard floors, cabinets and counters to upgrades and so much more. HIGH POINT WAS DEFINITELY A HIGH POINT OF OUR YEAR How do you measure success? At Paradise Developments, we measure it by how many house hunters we turn into happy homeowners, and March was a record month in that way. We sold 100 homes in a single weekend at our High Point community in Brampton, to a wonderful group of people who now proudly call it their home.
APRIL
NEW KLEINBURG CELEBRATES THE GRANDEST OPENING OF ALL Our success is measured by the number of happy homeowners we produce, and April’s buyers in the historic village of Keinburg are the newest additin to that group. Our first phase of custom luxury detached homes in the master-planned “New Kleinburg” sold out very quickly, and we are now registering people for the next phase in 2020.

LATEST BEECHWOOD PHASE SELLS OUT QUICKLY IN BRAMPTON It’s always exciting to launch a brand new community. But it’s just as satisfying for us when we sell the final home in any given phase of a community. This new release at Beechwood was in demand from Day One, and sold out in a few short weeks. But don’t be disappointed if you missed it because the next release is coming in 2020!

THE BEST OF WHITBY IS WAITING FOR YOU AT PARK VISTA East of the GTA, homebuyers in Whitby flocked to our Grand Opening of Park Vista. Our luxury collection of semi-detached homes were the first to sell out in this beautifully master-planned community surrounded by parkland and trails, including its own spectacular community park. Stay tuned for our new release of homes in 2020 at Park Vista!

ONLINE DESIGN SEMINARS ARE JUST A CLICK AWAY When it comes to decorating your dream home, you need expert design advice. In August, we launched our Online Design Seminars to help home buyers understand the various options that are available to them during their Design Finishes appointment. The Seminars have been a huge success as our buyers now come equipped with information to help them make the right decisions. VIEW

DOUBLE THE VALUE IN BRAMPTON In the fall, we gave new home purchasers twice as many choices with our release in High Point and Beechwood. The two sites’ proximity to each other, and the similar nature of the product being offered, led to our decision to market the two communities together. Homebuyers agreed, finding more selection, more quality, and more value than anywhere else in Brampton.
NOVEMBER
TOWNHOMES THAT WERE THE TALK OF THE TOWN IN KLEINBURG Success breeds success. In the spring, we wowed new home buyers with our collection of luxurious detached homes unveiled at the Grand Opening of New Kleinburg, all of which sold out very quickly. Then just six months later, we returned with a brand new release of custom luxury detached homes along side new luxurious townhomes.

SEE WHAT’S WAITING IN THE WINGS FOR 2020 What’s in store for the New Year? 2020 will bring brand new releases at all five of the communities in which we are currently building. Those releases include High Point and Beechwood in Brampton, New Kleinburg in the historic Kleinburg Village, as well as Park Vista and Whitby Meadows in Whitby. We cannot forget the most exciting new home launch coming soon to Seaton in Pickering, where we will be one of five established builders launching the new master planned community of Seatonville as well as A-Towns in Ajax.
