The SR is fitted with an exceptional web guide system that will track the edge of the print, label and the silicon edging, this ensures a high degree of accuracy when slitting the finished product.
Razor blade and/or rotary scissor slitting is available allowing the operator to slit from 10 micron unsupported film up to self-adhesive material. Waste trim extraction is fitted as standard and various mandrel sizes can be fitted.
Exclusive features:
The SRD 320 slitter rewinder with die cutting has the same functions as the SR 320 range of slitter rewinders, however due to demand we have now incorporated a rotary die cutting unit and waste matrix rewind that will accept dies from the RF compact range of flexo presses and other various manufacturers of flexo label machines with the aid of a die tooling conversion kit, supplied by Reel to Reel.
It is also possible to install an off line lamination station to the SRD 320.
The machine is very user friendly and releases your label presses from carrying out the production of blanks when you need them for printing.
