Primos Biscotti Concept

This is a brand and logo designed for a small company of cousins cooking their aunt’s biscotti recipe out of their home kitchen. They wanted to emphasize the idea of their classic biscotti being created by secret recipe from scratch, as well as hint towards them being cousins.

Execution

In the logo I wanted it to be symmetrical to represent the two of them together. I added a mustache with two separate halves as well as two biscotti crossing to further this idea of the two owners together as one. The biscotti and mustache are a sketchy hand drawn design to relate to homemade unique taste of the biscotti. The colors Red Green and Cream give the traditional Italian feel to this traditional Italian dessert.

Olympic Manual Concept

The goal of this project was to create a brand for the 2026 Winter Olympics held in Lviv, Ukraine. After researching the Lviv culture and past Olympic designs I was able to come up with some ideas. I wanted the brand to be universally celebratory of not only the Olympics, but to the Lviv culture as well.

Execution

I went with a shape that resembles the top half of a snowflake, with its pointed edges and pattern like formation. Hidden within this patterning is the word Lviv. Adding the name of the city into the actual design brings more life to it and makes the games more personal for Lviv since the city name is literally in the logo. The colors Blue and Yellow were chosen from the Lviv flag to even further include the culture.

Personal Brand My personal brand is supposed to represent and capture who I am as a designer. The hardest part of the project was finding out what I wanted my personal brand to communicate to others about the kind of person/designer I am and want to be in the future. I ended up a brand that embodies my goals for my own little freelance graphic design as well as my love for YouTube and games. I decided to create a name for myself, a sort of alter-ego. TheSuperHero: Experience Design. This is the ‘gamertag’ or name that I have always used when playing video games throughout my life. This is also what my own business would run under. The design shows the initials TSH in a sort of cubed shape. I wanted this shape to be very intriguing and stimulating to relate to my YouTube channel and motto experiencing the design. The colors I chose from my love of the hockey team Chicago Blackhawks. Black Red and White.
