The legal aspects that Romania presented are more detailed: they show exactly all business opportunities, we can chose one of them for running our business. Establishing a restaurant in Romania requires paying the fee (135 Euro) and the Commercial Register. Additionally you need to get a positive opinion of: Veterinary Approval and Authorization Environment. No legal aspects but they made a business plan. They have the swot analysis.

Sweden

For the restaurant registration with the National Food Agency is required. The legislation process is less complicated, on-line registration available. In restaurant You can buy drinks with maximally 2% of alkohol.(restricted)?

Turkey

They describe their responsibilities towards municipality (a local authorities), tax office, chamber of commerce and social security institution. Restaurant is based on a limited company contract.

The start up capital is three times higher than in Poland. The Germany salaries are much higher (for stuff). They generate some income (profit) after the first year of restaurant existence.

What similarities do you find? Describe them. Employees must have a medical examination (occupational medicine). The same daily work time (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week). The chapter “Legal aspects” was very detailed, with useful information about legislations and forms that we can choose for restaurant. Part of the restaurant's work is catering service. Presents a very useful SWOT analysis with strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and obstacles in the business They analysed the profile of customers. They don’t have any details about location of the restaurant, They have vision and mission of restaurant. Without information about the location.
