Jericho is a Palestinian city located near to the Jordan River, north of the Dead Sea, and east of Jerusalem. Jericho is the only boarder between Palestine and the world for the west bank. It is considered as an Eastern Gateway to Palestine. Moreover, it considered the lowest area in the earth and has a unique climatic zone.

Jericho has long history, culture and a unique natural resource which Jordan Valley geographical feature, and the tourism is regarded as the important industry like agriculture. Jericho is one of the oldest continuously inhabited towns in the world, which makes it a major tourist attraction for anyone interested in history.

According to the Bible, at around 1,400 BCE, Jericho was the first city attacked by the Israelites after they crossed the Jordan River and entered Canaan. The Wall of Jericho was destroyed when the Israelites walked around it.

Our office, which has been continuing its work since 2005 and which has produced large-scale projects such as master plan, urban transformation, mixed-use in recent years, has a wide portfolio with its architectural designs aimed at different scales and different sectors, along with many residential, commercial and public structures. Sabri PaĹ&#x;ayiÄ&#x;it Architects, which has produced architectural projects in many different climates, cultures and urban textures thanks to our overseas projects, especially in the Middle East, Africa, Russia, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, has been collaborating with many local architecture offices in foreign projects, especially with our partner office in Frankfurt since 2019. Our office, which always puts education at the center of development and growth, continues to provide professional and personal development education to its team within the scope of SPAcademy, which was established in 2016. Starting from 2018, the BIM System has been completely implemented in our architectural projects and as of October 2018, the office has become the Design Center title given by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology.
