MESSAGE FROM JOY
Dear Country Day Families,
I am so excited to have ASE back on campus this year. Please know that we are working hard to get your students back on campus for ASE and run our program as safely as possible.
With the Delta variant, the COVID-19 landscape continues to change rapidly and we may need to adjust throughout the year, as needed. I ask for your patience and understanding and assure you that, if conditions improve, we will try to extend hours and slowly add back enrichment class offerings as staffing allows.
A few notes to help you plan for the coming year:
ASE will follow the COVID-19 Policies for the school year.
Parents/guardians should be aware that ASE will require some mixing of grade levels. Children will be grouped K-1st, 2-3, 4-5, and 6-8. ASE is optional.
Campus opens at 8 a.m. If your K-8 student needs ASE early bird care between 7:45-8 a.m, please contact me to sign up your child. The early bird rate is $5/morning for your student. Students are not permitted on campus before 7:45 a.m.
Camp closes at 5 p.m. Late pick-up will result in significant charges and possibly dismissal from the program.
Please read our brochure and policies thoroughly and contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
We look forward to getting to know you and your family this year.
Thanks!
