REGISTRATION & PAYMENT PLANS

ASE registration will be available on August 20. This year, there are two payment options for your family.

To Register:

Please log in to parent.smarttuition.com.

Make sure you are in the 2021-22 school year (located at the right corner of the webpage).

Click on purchase optional items at the top of the page.

Select the student(s) that will be enrolling in ASE.

Select your payment plan and complete your payment or deposit. Early bird charges and lessons will be billed accordingly.

PLAN 1

Plan 1 requires families to register in advance pay for a full four-week session of ASE, billed from your child's dismissal time until 4:45 for PK and 5 p.m. for K-8th The average hourly rate for this plan is $10.25/hour.

Based on dismissal times, families will pay:

ASE will be prorated for non school days. Refunds will not be issued for un-used hours. It is best to select this plan if you know you will consistently pick up at 4:45 for PK or 5 p.m. for K-8th.

$420/four weeks for PK-2nd grade $350/four weeks for 3rd-5th grade $280/four weeks for 6th-8th grade

PLAN 2

Plan 2 requires families to register in advance and pay for a minimum of five hours a week for a four-week session to reserve their child's spot in the program. The minimum cost is $240 for the four-week session and any additional time over five hours a week will be charged an hourly rate of $12/hour.

Total billing will be based on usage. Hourly charges will be billed in half hour increments. It is best to select this plan if your child's pick up time will vary from day-to-day.
