What is the Officer Uniform Replacement Program?

• Every (3) years, Officers are eligible to receive a free uniform • All officers in the Eastern Territory are placed into 1 of 3 groups • When your group is eligible, you will receive an e-mail from USE Trade Uniform Replacement with detailed instructions and order forms • Uniforms can be ordered via e-mail or in person at the Trade Store • What is included? • 1 Tunic with trim • 2 trousers for men/combination of 2 skirts and/or pants for women • 2 shirts/blouses • 1 set of shirt loops • $110.00 of alterations • Anything beyond this amount is 100% the responsibility of the officer • This is a shared amount with the Officer ’ s Uniform Assistance Plan • If amount has already been used, alterations will not be paid by the program • Shipping and handling • You may choose tropical or polyester material • Tunics and pants/skirts must be the same material • Eligibility expires on December 31 of year of notification
