BECOME A CHAMPION OF CHANGE
As a member of the Champion of Change Circle, Sacred Heart College offers you the following:
Sacred Heart College does not exist in isolation from the community in which it is situated, and a Champion of Change has an opportunity to provide critical resources and opportunities to those who, when given the chance, can have their hidden talent unlocked and become a Champion of Change in the future.
An invitation to the Champions of Change Dinner
By making a monthly pledge to the Champion of Change Scholarship Fund, you will be joining a community of people who want to make a difference to an individual child, our school, our community and our country. You will be a Champion of Change.
A specially designed Alumni tie or scarf
Your pledge will enable talented children from a range of diverse backgrounds to join the Sacred Heart Community and allow us to extend our current scholarship programme. The fund will create an endowment which aims to build a capital base. The return on the investment of this capital will support education for students and their needs for decades to come.

Central to the educational philosophy of Sacred Heart College is St Marcellin’s belief that ‘to teach children, you must first love them, and love them all equally’. St Marcellin also taught his disciples to give special attention to the poor and neglected.

“I want to make a difference in the world and the lives of people. I also like to challenge myself and do things that are unfamiliar to me, which are some of the things I have learnt being at Sacred Heart College.”
“I received an academic scholarship at Sacred Heart College, which has given me the opportunity to dream big. Where I come from, opportunities are limited for young people.”

Sacred Heart College provides learners with a stimulating and innovative education; a nurturing environment; a culturally diverse experience; and the opportunity to become an independent thinker and leader. When children leave Sacred Heart to make their way in the world they are hopeful, skilled, thoughtful, socially and politically aware, and committed to making a difference.
