In addition there is also a $40.00 screen charge per additional imprint color/location. Production Time/Rush Service We offer standard production of 10 working days. Rush service of 3-9 days is available. Please see rush add-on below. Rush pricing is in addition to the standard price. Rush service is dependent on stock and production capabilities. Production time will commence once we receive a completed PO AND usable art or imprint instructions. 5-Day Quick Ship Service Guidelines 5-day service is limited to 1000 pieces or less, 1-color / 1-location imprint, and standard packaging otherwise 10-day production will apply. Faxed Proofs There is an $10.00 charge for each black and white paper proof. This proof can be faxed, emailed or mailed, as requested. Proofs are not available on Quick-Ship and Rush Services. Preproduction Product Proofs An actual product proof is $40.00 per imprint color, plus the product cost. Production time is increased by the time required for proof approval, usually 5-7 working days. Preproduction product proofs are not available on QuickShip and Rush Services. Blank Stock While our prices include an advertising imprint, as a courtesy to clients, all products may be purchased blank at the end-quantity price. Overruns and Underruns We make every effort to ship the exact quantity ordered, but reserve the right to overship or undership by no more than 5% of the quantity ordered. Returns Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior approval. There is a 20% restocking charge for blank stock.

Artwork Requirements We require one of the following: 1. Type-Set Copy: Your price includes up to four lines of type-set text at no charge. Please see our standard type fonts below. Additional lines are subject to art charges.
2. Electronic Art: We can accept artwork in all major programs including Acrobat, Corel Draw, Freehand, Illustrator, Photoshop, Pagemaker, Quark, Word, Power Point, and Publisher. We can also accept tif, eps, jpg and gif files. Internet graphics ARE NOT acceptable. Important: Before submitting any electronic art, please EMBED ALL GRAPHICS AND OUTLINE ALL FONTS. 3. Camera-Ready Art: Clean, crisp, black and white, art printed at 600 dpi or greater on white paper.
Color Matching There is a $40.00 charge for each color match. We will make every effort to produce your color requirement but an exact color match cannot be guaranteed. Color matching is not available on hot stamped products (products with a die charge are hot stamped).
