Custom Printed Lid and Gift Band Requirements: Artwork for custom printed box lids can be sent as vector art (all fonts should be converted to outlines) or 300 dpi .tif files. All artwork should be PC-formatted and compatible with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
Payment Terms: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card). Purchase Orders with Net 30 terms will be accepted on approval of credit following completion of our credit application and/or an established payment history. All past due invoices will be subject to a 1.5% per month (18% per annum) finance charge. Customer is responsible for any and all collection fees if invoice(s) remain unpaid.
Cancellations/Changes: All cancellations and/or changes must be confirmed in writing. All work up to the point of cancellation will be billed. Changes to orders already in production may result in delayed shipping and additional charges. Chocolate Options: Catalog pricing reflects your choice of milk or dark Belgian chocolate. Flavoring is also available; call for pricing. International Shipments: International paperwork provided at no charge. All duties, taxes, brokerage fees and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Less-Than-Minimum: Inquire for less-than- minimum availability and charges. Overruns/Underruns: Allow for 5% over/under on all items, to be billed accordingly. Paper Proof: An electronic or paper proof will be provided at no charge; signed or e-mailed approval required to begin production.
Pricing: Prices are effective September 1, 2009, through August 31, 2010, and are subject to change without notice. All prices in U.S. dollars. Production Time: Standard production time for most items is two weeks from art approval. Rush services available upon request. Rush charges apply.
Samples/Spec Samples/Virtual Samples: Random samples available at no charge. Spec samples available for $100 (V), applied toward full order if approved. Digital virtual samples of custom items available at no charge. E-mail artwork to artwork@chocolate2.com. Set-up Charges: A one-time mold fee of $100 (V) applies to most items. All molds remain property of the factory. Threedimensional molds quoted on a per-job basis. Set-up Charge for Color Lids: Set-up fee for color lids is $50 (V). Shelf Life: Chocolate has a shelf life of one year or longer if stored at room temperature away from heat, humidity, direct sunlight and strong odors. Split Shipments: Multiple items shipping to multiple destinations will be subject to a per-location handling fee of $3 for full-case quantities and $5 for partial cases, in addition to regular freight charges. Warm-Weather Shipments: During the summer months and to all warm climates, chocolate is shipped with ice gel packs at no additional charge. Upgraded shipping method may be required, based on destination. Refrigerated trucking is available for larger shipments.
Repeat Orders: No set-up fees and reduced production time for exact reorders.

Our chocolate starts with top quality cocoa beans from responsibly managed family farms in the Ivory Coast and Ghana, countries known for their exceptional cocoa quality. In selecting beans, our supplier makes sure that the farmers receive fair prices, and are supported with technical assistance as well as educational benefits. In Belgium, the beans are carefully roasted and processed into fine chocolate using premium European ingredients and equipment. Then it’s shipped to us in containers. Our recipe calls for an extra measure of cocoa butter __ the single most expensive ingredient. This contributes to the glossy appearance of our products, and their smooth, luxurious “mouth feel�. This superior chocolate, combined with our incomparably detailed engraving, makes
twice as good as the other guys.
