All art must be color separated, all fonts must be outlined and file saved as .eps (vector art). File conversion available. Pricing subject to art review. Email art to: corporatesales@astorchocolate.com or send to factory on CD-R/RW, attn: Corporate Sales. Fonts: Type size minimums: Positive print - 4 pt. Reverse print - 6 pt. Reverse copy should not be script. Minimum stroke for reverse type is .007 pt. Lines thickness minimums: a) .33 pt. for positive, b) .75 pt. for reverse. CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES: All cancellations/changes must be confirmed in writing. All costs incurred prior to cancellation date and/or changes will be billed accordingly. Astor Chocolate will not accept responsibility on verbal modifications or cancellations. COMPLAINTS: All complaints must be made within 7 days from receipt of merchandise.
