Data must arrive one week before specified mailing date. Please review shipping and handling for more important detail. PRODUCTION TIME: 10-14 working days after the receipt of signature approved proofs. Times can vary and will be established when the order is placed. SHIPPING & HANDLING: Calendars are generically packaged unless otherwise specified. Cost is dependent on total number of packages, package weight(s) and the destinations. Packages are shipped "best" house carrier unless otherwise established. Additionally, you will be billed for any mailings that incur or require the following: address corrections that are rerouted or returned, additional taxes/traveling fees etc for packages traveling outside of the U.S.A. Because these additional fees cannot always be assessed immediately, final billing for such may not occur for up to three months. PAYMENT TERMS: Net 30. A 50% deposit is required until credit has been established. COMBINATION OF Scenes: all Scenes can be combined to comprise “an order”, however there is a 10 sheet minimum and the imprint must remain the same. Industry standard of +/- 5% applies. OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS: A 5% quantity variance fulfills order and will be billed as such. CANCELLATIONS: A refund will be issued if the order is cancelled BEFORE we receive signature approved proof forms. Any works ID Branders may have already preformed in relation to the order will be either deducted from the deposit monies or invoiced and due upon receipt.
