a message from your…. Welcome to August Bobbies! Isn’t this first newsletter awesome?! All credits to Portia :). We are so excited to be reconnecting with our key club family again in so many different ways, hence this newsletter as well as real life settings for events! We have already accomplished a ton with our first event, Club Picnic, and we will reach even greater heights. Stay tuned, we have a lot to come and we can’t wait to meet you <3.

Much love, Nadia Razzaq

Bobbies!

Thank you so much for reading our first edition of Sage Creek Key Club’s very own newsletter! I hope you are all excited to get back to school this month - and see each other in person! I can’t wait to have meetings with you all at school face to face and get to have the true Key Club experience. As summer comes to a close, thank you to all who attended our meetings, serviced, and even attended events like our Club Picnic(check out pages 5-6 for a recap of it)! Amazing job to everyone for working hard throughout the summer, and always be sure to take time to focus on yourself!

Yours truly, Portia Cannon

At Officer Training Conference (OTC) our attending Sage Creek Officers learned all about Key Club, and how to become amazing leaders! OTC contained a lot of fun activities and workshops, and we got to meet tons of other clubs from D37W, and from D37E and D37N! Sage Creek attendees at the Region 2(D37N, D37E, D37S, D37W, D21) Picnic and D37W DCM on July 31st! Divisions raised money for PTP (Pediatric Trauma Program) by selling food!

On July 18th, SCHS hosted our very first in-person service event! Members painted rocks with cute designs and positive messages together, all to be given to the Agua Hedionda Lagoon to inspire young children. Our first in person event was so exciting, and everyone got to talk and bond face to face. In total, we painted 50 rocks and served over 15 hours! After our rocks had dried, the next day they were taken to the Agua Hedionda Lagoon and placed in their rock garden for all the visitors to look at.
